"Fair point, fair point," he said airily, also a bit tired. "Come on, now. We don't have all day to warm up."

All the teams bowed in sync before your team and Inarizaki made your way out of the gym to go to another, smaller one, to have a match.

Even in the bigger gym there was room for one match at a time and even if there were room for two, it would get a bit too confusing with the amount of people in the room.

"Y/n, how do you think we'll do?" Goshiki asked, coming to walk by your side as he asked for your opinion. He often asked you for advice or to train with him so it was no surprise.

You sighed, raking a hand through your bangs before letting them fall back into place. Well, your 'bangs' were just shorter hair at the front that didn't reach into the ponytail you made for when you played.

"I really don't know," you answered, keeping your voice low so no one else could hear the doubtful note in it. You had learned that there was no room for doubt or hesitation in Shiratorizawa. "Inarizaki's a really strong team and the outcome highly depends on the lineup. Either way, I suppose we have to be ready to lose."

"They're that strong?" Goshiki asked, baffled.

"Yeah, all the teams here are," you admitted. "According to the little research I did, we're doomed and might as well just admit to losing all the matches."

Goshiki frowned. "But with you playing we'll still definitely win, right?"

You sighed. "Again, I don't know. Depends on their lineup, our lineup, the amount of time the lineups need to adjust to playing together, the amount of sets we'll do..."

"I think you might be overthinking this," he noted.

"Yeah, maybe," you shrugged. "We best give it our all."

You were serious. There was no telling how this would go. How any of the matches during the camp would go.
