These Feelings, Have you~?

Have you ever felt this feeling,
Where a smile creeps onto your face,
And you try to force it away,
But it just won't go away.
Where your body feels so light,
And all your worries seem to wash away,
And you keep staring at the message,
You start to feel like you're floating and getting more light-headed,
But you're really not sure why a single message can throw your whole world off-balance?

Have you ever felt this feeling,
Where you're not feeling your best,
And you try to pick yourself up,
But just can't seem to do it alone.
When they step into your darkness,
And they wrap you in their arms,
And they shower you with comfort
And hope,
But you're really not sure what you did to deserve such an amazing and wonderful person like this?

Have you ever felt this feeling,
Where you're floating down a tunnel of endless love, comfort and hope,
And you just want to keep sinking in the feeling forever,
But all you can think about is when this ride will end?

Have you ever felt this feeling,
Where you find out something that they really dislike,
And in actual fact is something you spend almost all of your time on,
But you refrain from mentioning it to them.
Where you begin to keep things away,
But the growing list of things you both dislike puts boundaries like never before,
And it hurts because you know they too,
And you pretend you don't actually need them,
So detachment comes easier?

Have you ever felt this feeling,
Where you're feeling all alone,
And all you want is to see them, hear their perfect voice,
But you can't stand to be anywhere near their godly presence.
Where you can't stop thinking about them,
But you don't want anything more to do with them,
And all you think about them is bad, bad and hurt, hurt,
So you act like they're invisible?

Have you ever felt this feeling,
Where 2 years down the road,
And all your memories together are only full of love, comfort, and false hope,
But those of which you have grown fond of,
And wish to keep them in your mind to hopefully live on eternally.
Where you absolutely don't want anything to do with them, still,
But when you send them a message for help,
And they reply as tenderly as before,
And you think to yourself,
Just how much you truly appreciate this person?

I have.
