Jungkook quickly got up and ran out of the bathroom.
I quickly jumped out of the shower and just put on a fresh pair of boxers before I ran after the Younger.
I ran to my bedroom, hoping he hadn't left the house.
Luckily for me, the crying boy was lying in my bed.
I could hear his sobs clearly and it broke my heart.
I sat down on the edge of the bed and gently stroked the boy's back, which was moving erratically.
"Don't cry, everything is fine."
Jungkook looked up at me slightly.
"A-are you going to punish me now?"
"Only if you want me to."
I laughed and never took my eyes off the boy.
He seemed confused by my behavior, which made him smile.
"Why don't you want to be alone, even if I'm not gone that long?"
The smaller one now looked completely up to me.
"I don't want you to leave me and never come back."
I patted my lap to signal him to sit on it.
Without hesitation he did what I asked him to do and sat on my lap.
I wiped the tears from his flushed face with a smile.
"I promise I'll get back to you and won't be gone for too long."
He nodded, sniffling, before showing me his beautiful smile.
However, there was one more thing I really had to ask the boy.
"May I ask since when are you no longer afraid of me?"
