The Sneaky Cat-Burglar Nami

The Straw Hats had finally arrived at the next island. It was a small island with a temperate climate. The shoreline was covered in pristine white sand, followed by a lush green forest. With no visible port, they docked the Sunny in a cove, and as soon as the anchor dropped, Luffy dashed out to explore the island.

"YAHOOOOOOOOO~!" Luffy cried excitedly, jumping out of the Sunny.

"OI LUFFY!" Usopp and Sanji called out to him in unison, but he had already disappeared into the forest.

"Well, there's no stopping that guy once he gets excited about something" Zoro stated, hopping over the railing, landing on his feet with a thud on the sand. "He just needs to make sure not to get lost and not to cause trouble." He added, as he walked away, giving a quick wave of his hand.

"YOU'RE THE LAST PERSON WE WANT TO HEAR THAT FROM!" Usopp and Sanji yelled together once more.

Jinbei and Brook simply let out a laugh as they watched the comic scene unfold in front of them.

"SUPERRR~! What's the commotion? I got the girls." Franky asked, coming out onto the lawn.

"NAMI-SWANNNN! ROBIN-CHWAANNNN!" Sanji exclaimed excitedly.

"This island looks inhabited." Robin remarked, as she surveyed the island in front of them, "But who knows there might be some dangerous creature lurking around."

"OI! Robin, don't say that!" Usopp cried, "Ahhh~ I think my unknown island illness is acting up again."

"Hopefully there's a village or a town beyond this forest where we can replenish our supplies." Nami added, "Where's Luffy?" She asked, noticing the famous straw-hat missing from view.

"Luffy went ahead already, so did Zoro." Usopp replied, pointing his thumb towards the forest.

"Those idiots." Nami sighed.

"Leave those dumbasses be." Sanji said, "Nami-swan! Robin-chwan! Let's go on a date!"

"AW! SUPPERRR LEAVE SUNNY TO ME!" Franky volunteered.

"YOHOHOHOOO~ I too shall stay and guard the ship. You lot have fun." Brook added.

"Alright, thanks, Franky, Brook." Nami said, "Let's go everyone!"

"YEAH!" Said the rest of the crew simultaneously.

The Straw Hats, namely, Nami, Sanji, Robin, Usopp, Chopper, and Jinbei walked slowly through the forest, admiring the afternoon rays of the sun piercing through the gaps between the trees towering above them, taking in the sound of every step crunching on the leaves below their feet, the sound of crickets whistling, birds chirping; They took it all in, filling in their senses as they inhaled the woody scents of damp moss and earth.

"This feels good." Nami exclaimed, exhaling deeply. She repeated this a few more times, the rest of the crew mirroring her actions – *inhale*...*exhale*...*inhale*...*exhale*.

"Nothing beats the sea but being on land from time to time feels really nice." Jinbei remarked.

Robin started looking around, noticing the variety of leafage surrounding them.

"Usopp, don't these plants look unusual to you?" Robin asked, reaching out to the leaves of one of the shrubs and feeling it beneath the tip of her fingers.

Usopp approached Robin and carefully studied it, he rubbed his fingers on it for texture, he also took out his magnifying glass to look at it closer. He went from shrub to bush to grass to the wildflowers and mushrooms, repeating his actions for each of them, "Hmmm~ you're right, Robin. It seems this forest is home to a lot of luminous plants."
