Felix laid in bed. He couldnt stop thinking about today. Tears never really stopped flowing, they just died down eventually.

He had liked Hyunjin for as long as he could remember. He remember the day he realized he had a crush on him.

He remembered the conversation they had, about girls and having there first kiss. They were 13, and thats when he realized he didn't like girls, and wanted his first kiss to be with Hyunjin.

And it was. When they were 15, Him and Hyunjin had kissed each other once, for practice. Hyunjin quickly realized it might be better not to do that again after the realization Felix had never kissed anyone.

They had been friends since they were 5. They met in preschool and were close since then. They did everything together, and Felix had to sit there for the past 5 years pretending he didn't like the older. Pretending he didn't get hurt whenever Hyunjin would have new crushes on girls.

Hyunjin has never had a girlfriend. But he has had little crushes, where he calls the girls pretty and will be friendly with them. Eventually the crush wares off and then he never speaks to them again. Hyunjin has never kissed a girl, or been serious with one.

Felix had told his mom he liked his best friend when he entered high school. Ever since then, he's been telling his mom everything and his mom has been suggesting little things to do, to test the waters.

There have been moments where his mom feels something between the two, but Felix quickly shuts it down. He doesnt want to ruin the friendship.

Felix woke up the next morning feeling sick. It was his last day of summer break, tomorrow he starts. He was excited for school, but he still felt sick about everything.

He walked downstairs in his pajamas, getting greeted by his mom.

"How are you feeling baby?"

"Bad." He said.

"I'm sorry. Maybe just get some rest today." She said.

"Yeah I think thats what I'll do. Thank you mom."

"Anytime." She smiled. "Get some water or food before you go though."

He nodded and got some food and water before going back up to bed.

Hyunjin was sitting at the kitchen counter scrolling through instagram. He wondered why Felix doesn't have socials, he would love them.

He kept scrolling, however he got a text from a random number.

Hi :D
Its the girl from the mall
Im Yujin!

He smiled. He remembered the cute girl, and they way she got all blushy when he waved. She's kinda like Felix, a cutie. He smiled before texting back.

i was waiting for your text :)

Ohh im sorry i took so long then haha
What are you up to?

She texts back fast, he thought.

enjoying the last day of summer break :(
speaking of that, you go to my school right?

Yeah! I always see you in the halls
I wish i would've talked to you sooner

He smiled at his phone. He was thinking about where he should take her.

He smiled and closed the messages. He changed her contact name to 'yujin'. He couldnt wait to tell Felix about this!

He opened his messages with Felix.

When he got no answer, he just figured it was because the younger boy was asleep. He went to the bathroom to wash up and get ready for his date with the girl.

He took a quick shower and blow dried his hair afterwards. He tied his black hair up in a half up-half down style, and put on a casual but nice outfit. He put on some deodorant and cologne, along with some chapstick.

He checked the time and decided it was time to go, because she did kinda live far. He checked his phone one last time, still nothing from Felix.

He sent Yujin a quick "im omw." text before he exited his house and got into the car. He pulled out and drove off to her house.

Felix woke up from his nap and grabbed his phone. It was almost dinner time. He also realized he had a few texts from Hyunjin. His heart fluttered a little bit before he opened the text.

im so nervous

He tilted his head in confusion. Why was he nervous? What was going on? What did he miss? He shook his head before he sent a text back, Explaining himself.

whats going on?

He impatiently waited for a reply, and when he didn't get one he just sighed. He got and went to wash up.

When he finished, he walked out and checked his phone again.
