"I don't understand people who like cats more than dogs," Sirius said to Aurora. They had finished their studies, and now they were discussing why would Professor McGonagall choose to turn into a cat rather than a dog. Aurora had said maybe she liked cats more, which triggered the boy. He refused to believe that cats may be better than dogs for some people.

"Dogs are cute, Sirius. Still, cats are cuter," argued Aurora. She had gathered her books, and now she was walking beside Sirius in the library corridor. "You know, I had a cat at home."

"What happened to it?" Sirius asked with curiosity.

"She ran away."

"See, that proves my point. Dogs would never do that to you, Aurora," the boy shook his head while opening the library door for Aurora.

"She ran away because of a dog, Sirius," Aurora laughed as she passed through the door, "My brother had brought a dog to our yard and he wouldn't stop chasing the poor cat."

"He was probably just playing." Sirius shrugged. The pair were headed to the common room when they saw Lilly running towards them, her red hair swinging.

"Can we go to the nursery to see Matt? I heard he was taken to Madam Pomfrey." Lilly said out of breath.

"Why? What happened?" Aurora asked.

"I don't know exactly. I think his allergy acted up," She was still trying to catch her breath when behind her Remus was sighted. Unlike Lilly, he was making his way calmly towards them, his hands in his pockets.

"The girl from Ravenclaw said that he started to sneeze. Then he couldn't breathe and there were rashes on his body." Remus said. The girls noticed neither the grin on Sirius's face nor the amused look Remus gave to Sirius.

"Okay, Lilly. Let's go." Aurora and Lilly paced to the hospital wing, while Remus and Sirius were almost strolling. The boys couldn't care less about Matt's condition as they knew Madam Pomfrey could handle it easily.

"We'll be in the common room. Let me know if you need anything," Remus called to Lilly, before changing his way toward the Gryffindor common room. After just nodding to him, the redhead disappeared with her best friend.

"It was so boring to study the subject that I know best, Moony." Sirius complained when they arrived at the stairs. "These things that I endure for James's love life!"

"What love life?" Remus mocked.

"Have a little understanding, mate. You know how much he loves Evans."

"I wasted an hour from both mine and Lilly's life for him. I think I'm being understanding enough." Remus shrugged as he jumped to the moving stair.

"James was not wrong though. If Lilly and Aurora were to be around while the prank, they would make a huge scene thinking that main target was Warner."

"He wasn't?" Remus asked grinning, which in return earned a smirk from Sirius.

Aurora and Lilly entered the hospital wing, making Matt turn his attention from Madam Pomfrey to the girls. His bed was in the far corner of the wing. His eyes lit up when she saw Lilly. Madam Pomfrey left his side to attend a second-year Hufflepuff that broke his nose.

"Hey, Matt. How are you feeling?" Lilly asked the boy as she slowly made her way towards him. Aurora was keeping her distance as she didn't know the boy too well.

"Better, Lilly. Thank you for coming," the boy said. He nodded to Aurora as a form of greeting and appreciation. "But, I'm afraid I won't be able to come to the Hogsmeade trip tomorrow. Madam Pomfrey said my rashes were not normal as in muggles. They need different treatment."
