Lydia was awoken by the sound of her phone ringing, she read the contact name "Minnie." She internally rolled her eyes. Minnie was the kind of person to ignore all of your boundaries and push you way out of your comfort zone, plus she was toxic as hell. She annoyed the hell outta her. To be honest she only stuck around cause she was the first friend she ever made in this city.

"Hello."

"Heyyyyy Lid!"

"Hello...Minnie."

"So I was thinking we could go to the weather station today. You know hang out in the swimming area and maybe catch the eyes of some cute guys."

Lydia physically cringed. She hated the idea of somebody dating her only for her looks."

"Yeahhh I'm not so sure."

"Well that's too bad! I'm already outside!"

"Wait what?!?"

Lydia peeked outside of her window and there she was. She tried to duck away from the window before she saw her but it was too late. She was already waving to her. She thought about it. Maybe it wouldn't be such a bad idea. After everything that happened yesterday she needed the break.

"Alright"

"Great!"

When she hung up Lydia buzzed her into the apartment but not before she put on her special waterproof makeup. "Lid get ready to become a beach babe!" Woah! Yikes you look awful." She looked grossed out. "Jeez thanks."

"Don't worry I'll make you look perfect! First put this on." She handed Lydia a two-piece bathing suit. "Uhhhh... I'd prefer just to wear my one piece with shorts." Minnie got visibly angry.  "I said to put on the swimsuit! Unless you want those pictures of those hideous scars all over the internet!" Lydia forgot that she had those... she was the only human that knew about them. "Fine..." Lydia then went into the bathroom and changed. While she was in there she used the rest of her makeup to cover the stitch marks all over her body. Once she was out Minnie took her hair out and brushed it to make it look all nice and pretty. They then went on their way.

As they walked into the weather station the intercom went off "Welcome to the Weather Station, where you'll notice it's another beautiful day. Here at the Weather Station, we control the city's weather to bring you a perfect day every day.

They walked over to the pool and sat down at the lounge chairs. Minnie insisted they take a selfie together. Once the photo was taken Lydia decided to swim. Swimming used to be her favorite thing to do on the mountain she grew up on. She was enjoying her time when the intercom went off again meaning somebody else had come in. She looked over to see who it was and it was... REDSON?!?!? She could not let him see her wearing this. She hid behind one of the huge floats.

She watched as he and his army of Bull clones made their way over to the man controlling the station. "Uh yeah, hey kid, I'd like to help you and your friends, but I'm pretty busy." Redson stared at the man straight in the eyes.  "Not for much longer." The Bull clones then started to attack some of the people in the Weather Station including Minnie. Lydia couldn't help but chuckle at that.  Recons then pressed the intercom button. "Citizens. It is I, Red Son. I have taken control of the Weather Station and will harness the very power of nature to return my father to his former glory. This message is more of a courtesy really." He then pushed a lever which caused a storm to flood the Great Wall of China. "When I'm finished, my father will once more dominate the world! And then- Oh look! A lightning button." Lydia started to get a little scared but she stayed behind her float and waiting for the new "Monkie kid" to put a stop to this.
