Chapter 14: The Dark Monstrous Lion

                "Yes, we are! Join your hands!" said Harold as he and his friends joined their hands and launched to the sky. They flew in the starry sky and looked for a planet before seeing a planet in the shape of the Leo symbol. They aimed and went downwards before landing safely. After landing, the Zodiacs found themselves in Leonis Planet, home of the lions, "This is the place. Just like you said, Ruby, you want the Scorpio pearl," The brown-haired boy told her.

"Let's do this!" said Ruby.

"Allright!" said Betty.

"Yeah, bro! Look out, Fayetta! Here comes the Zodiacs coming to stomp your foot!" Heather shouted tauntingly.

When the Zodiacs started to run in the grassy section of the planet, Fayetta is on the sky, watching them, "They came to Leonis to get the pearl," She said to herself as she saw some lions, which gave her a wicked idea, "Maybe a ferocious monster can guard the pearl," The dark being flew in the sky as she looked around briefly, before seeing a empty cave. Fayetta has put her hand on her hip as she walked casually before seeing the Scorpio pearl on the wall. Smiling evilly, she went outside before seeing the Zodiacs on their way to the pearl, "They're coming, aren't they?" She said as she went back and snapped her fingers to reveal a sphere with a Lion on it. She used her dark magic and scrubbed her hands before unleashing a dark beam on the sphere, transforming it into a dark monstrous lion. Satisfied for her creation, she crossed her arms as she grinned evilly, "This is the perfect monster to kill the mystic Zodiacs."

Later on, Harold and his friends are in the top of a hill, complete with a tree. He looked around with his telescope and wondered where the pearl could be, "We're almost one step away from the pearl, guys," He said.

"There are monstrous beasts that we can find? Like bulls or anything else?" said Betty.

"Do you think that the pearl is in that tree?" Gertie asked.

"It's not, Gertie," said Brett.

"I imagine Fayetta being the loser and the failure face," said Sarah.

"Harold, what are you looking?" said Horacio.

"Just looking around a bit, Horacio. If the-Hey! The Scorpio pearl is in the cave! I can feel it!" Harold exclaimed before gesturing his friends to follow him.

"Allright, if you insist," said Mitchell.

"I'm coming!" said Garret.

The group of friends started to run towards the cave where the Scorpio pearl is inside. After making their way, they encountered the cave. Looking surprised at first, they saw with a bit of concern as they looked at each other.

"The cave of the Leonis planet," said Harold.

"Are we going to get in there?" said Ruby.

"This looks pretty dangerous," said Ambrose.

Sarah scoffed as she pulled out her phone and used it as a flashlight, "I'm going in. This popular girl got this," She said as Harold and company watched her, fearing that she would be killed. The popular girl looked around, wondering where the Scorpio pearl is. She illuminated the path until she encountered it, "Hey! The pearl!" Sarah exclaimed as she ran towards the pearl, only to see two purple eyes staring menacingly at her, "Uh-oh..." She said as she started to scream in horror, startling her friends as she went outside, "Guys! Guys!"

"Sarah, what's the matter?" Harold asked in confusion.

"The Lion!"

When they heard the roar, the dark monstrous lion, with the Scorpio pearl in his chest, came out of the cave and roared loudly in front of the Zodiacs. Shocked at the lion's monstrous appearance, they started to run away in order to escape from being killed by the beast. They kept running as they noticed that the lion is about to kill them.

"That lion was created by Fayetta!" said Harold.

"We're dead meat!" said Heather.

"Who is the dinner?" said Sarah.

"This is insane! Really insane! Literally, but not literally!" said Julian.

They kept running in full speed as they stopped in their tracks, "Let's battle!" exclaimed Harold.

"Battle against what?" Heather asked as her friend glared at her, "Oh, right."

Then, the Zodiacs went into a transformation sequence and transformed themselves into the Mystic Astro-Zodiac Wizards, ready to battle. They began spinning their magical staffs as Ambrose summoned a lion and the fire element, "Leo!" He shouted as the lion roared at the dark monstrous lion, scaring him before stratching him on the face.

"Virgo!" Sarah summoned some maidens to punch the dark lion on the face, "Awesome!"

"Kill him! Scorpio!" Ruby summoned some scorpions to attack the lion.

The first scorpion grabbed the dark lion by the tail and started to spin him around, around and around before throwing him into the sky. As a result, the dark lion exploded into Zodiac magic. The Scorpio pearl, who was in the lion's chest, began to fall slowly and into the ground.

"The dark lion is dead," The e-girl remarked, "And now we found the Scorpio pearl!"

"Great timing!" said Harold.

"Nice one, Ruby!" said Betty.

"Ha-ha! Yeah, girl!" said Heather.

"You can grab it."

As the Zodiacs changed back to normal, Ruby picked up the Scorpio pearl and imagined herself as a Astro-Zodiac wizard, wearing a black and white wizard's gown, a matching hat with the Scorpio symbol, and a magical staff. Looking excited, she exclaimed, "Ha-ha! The e-girl is on!"

"You're always on, Ruby," said Horacio.

"That was Fantastisch! And Ehrfurcht gebietend!" said Mitchell.

"Yeah, girl!" said Sarah.

"You did well!" Garret smacked her on the leg, making her to spin uncontrollably.

"Hey! Watch it!"

"Whoops, sorry."

"We're becoming stronger, guys! We gotta get the other pearls!" said Harold, "Let's go to Tauri Planet!"

"Tauri Planet? Where? A land where the bulls are residents? If there's a cave, I'm sure!" said Ambrose.

"We'll find that cave, Ambrose. And we will."
