Fall was supposed to be approaching, but the summer hadn't given up suffocating the night air. Sol A stayed behind after Professor Yang left. Joon-hwi really didn't have more information than he gave to Detective Jang Moo-won earlier that day, and Jong-hoon knew the two needed to have their time together. For Joon-hwi, though, the shock hadn't worn off, yet. Joon-hwi had a twin. The memory of him watching himself run into someone's arms was real, but it wasn't him. It was his twin. What other memories did he have stored away? Why couldn't he recall more than that one little flash?

Aside from Joon-hwi's situation Sol A and him had a lot of personal items to discuss, but they both stayed silent. Neither of them knew where to start, and decided to talk about everything else besides themselves. Sol A aired out her shirt and fanned herself with one of the lighter handbooks Joon-hwi took from the library. It was one of the many books that gave no precedent on whether remote viewing could be equivalent to illegal wiretapping. Those who'd been killed; Professor Yang and Sol A shared that they were most likely unsavory men—human and drug traffickers. The Investigative Team Five had already been investigating the Prime Minister when Joon-hwi had Young kwan pull the trigger on the flare. Joon-hwi could not be used as a scapegoat, since an investigation had been ongoing, and if the public knew the full story, would more than likely side with Joon-hwi's unit's decision.

The investigation's focus now was on making sure whoever made the call left Joon-hwi alone, and had legal motivation for the initial order. Their plans to put Geon-woo in as Joon-hwi's decoy hadn't changed. But Joon-hwi still couldn't help but feel extremely guilty, allowing a twin he didn't quite remember nor reconcile with, potentially be harmed to get answers. He'd compromised an active investigation, making sure those who held secrets never spoke again for people who were either far more sinister or who wanted vigilante type justice. Joon-hwi would follow their lead and Sol A's advice, but he felt it should be him, not Geon-woo. However, he'd made the mistake of using his mind in the first place, and knew he shouldn't argue how the plan should go. He was lucky enough to have people on his side, willing to protect him.

Joon-hwi became more curious about Geon-woo wanting to prod Sol A about everything learned about this twin of his, "That guy's mother...my twin really said his mother died?" Sol A set Joon-hwi straight, "It was Detective Jang Min-joo. She told us that his mother died of cancer."

Joon-hwi was sure his mind wasn't seeing something he wanted. He remembered his mother's face and his mind took him to what he believed was a prison. "No, I don't think that's right."Sol A blathered on, "She's Geon-woo's girlfriend. You should've heard their fight when we meet at the office." Sol A laughed, "Whoa! Oh my goodness!"

"Hmmm...glad we have such seasoned professionals on this case."

She looked over at Joon-hwi lost in his thoughts. She smacked her mouth. She didn't want to give him more to worry about or worse; a bad impression of his twin and the team. "They didn't know we were there. Anyway... she'd know. That's all I was trying to say." Sol A quieted down, scratching her head, "Is it possible that the mother who raised you wasn't your mother? Have thought about maybe talking to your Aunt? Discuss the circumstances of how you came to live with your Uncle?" Joon-hwi shook his head. It was out of the question, especially right now. "I can't. Maybe you guys can."

Sol A felt where his mother was or who she was should've been the last thing on Joon-hwi's list of things to be concerned about. People wanted to use him as an asset and a weapon. He wasn't safe to go back to living the way he wanted. Yet, Sol A could see there was something that failed to calm his soul's need to know if his mind was playing tricks on him when it came to his family history.

"Do you think—don't you think maybe you shouldn't...after everything that happened, you should be careful about using you mind like that?"

Joon-hwi thought for a moment, before he answered. It was a valid question. Sol A was right; he should be cautious. It seemed that anything personally related to him was more difficult to tap into and maybe not entirely accurate. Something then hit him, "What if – the reason we were separated has something to do with this case?"
