Darkiplier turned to me as two hunters ran past. "They're looking for you." He whispered. I slowly peered over the boxes we were hiding behind and watched them head through a door. "I heard Mark talking when they brought you in, apparently you're worth a lot of money." He explained. I got back down. "They're going to sell me? To who?" He clamped his hand over my mouth. "You really don't know what's going on, do you?" Our eyes locked. I shook my head. "Humans are capturing us and using us as slaves. They've already captured me and my family, I fear they're sweeping the Abbey for the rest of us." He released his hand. I knew why Mark was talking about my 'condition', he was planning on selling me to another human to do God knows for them. "Why would they do that?" I whispered to Dark. He shrugged, "I don't know, we've never done anything to hurt them. They're evil, Anti, evil."

"There you are, and who's this with you?"

We looked up and saw Mark approaching, his shiny shoes clicking against the floor. "Run!" Dark cried, shooting up and vaulting over the boxes. I leapt after him but the chain leash was slowing me down. Mark was thundering after us, shouting for his hunters as we ran down a flight of stairs.

"Do you know where the exit is?" I puffed as we rounded a corner. Dark shook his head, "if I knew I would've been out of here long before!" He called. We headed down a narrow corridor, a door was at the end that was labeled 'fire exit'. "That's it!" I beamed, almost tasting the fresh air of freedom. Dark rammed into the door and rolled onto the pavement, sunlight shone in, I felt it's comforting rays on my pale skin. "Hurry!" I heard him call as he disappeared from sight. My foot just crossed the doorway when I suddenly stopped, the chain tightened  around my neck, I couldn't breathe. I clutched it and dropped to the floor. "That, was a close one." I heard Mark say. I coughed and wheezed as my head began to feel light, freedom was slipping away as I clawed desperately at the concrete, I was inches from the door. "Oh no you don't!" I screamed as I was yanked back, I hit the floor hard. "Thought you'd try and escape, again?" I turned and saw Mark gripping the end of the chain. "Let me go!" I howled, once again leaping for the door. Two hunters surprised me and grabbed my arms. "No! Dark, help me!" I screamed, fighting the guards as the tightened their grips. The door slammed shut, Darkiplier was long gone. Just like he wanted to be. "You've just sealed your fate, young one." Mark growled. "Bring him to my van, I'll straighten him out." He ordered to his hunters.

I fought and resisted as I was dragged back through the corridor, my scuffed leather boots squeaking and sliding against the floor as I tried to slow the hunters down. "Please let me go! I've done nothing to you!" I pled, watching Mark jog on ahead. "Killing my family is enough." He snapped back. "What? I never hurt your family!" I shouted. He held his hand up and the hunters halted. "My entire family was killed by demons, we were out camping in the woods when they ripped into our tent, they took my daughter, and my wife...I watched her get decapitated right before me." His eyes sparkled as they became wet with tears. "I-I'm sorry." I replied softly, "don't try and worm your way out of it, you're all ruthless animals, the lot of you!" He pointed at me. I shook my head, "but i-" "enough! Muzzle and harness him, I'll be waiting in my van." I watched Mark head down the corridor.

I tried to scream as my body met the hard floor of Mark's van but the metal muzzle held my mouth shut. I turned and just saw the doors slam shut. Help me! Help me! All that came from my mouth was a string of dribble as I tried to get comfortable, but the leather harness around my body was digging in. It was a full body harness with shoulder straps leading to a thick belt around my waist that was threaded between my legs and buckled behind me. As much as I tried, I couldn't reach the lock to pick it without hurting my arms and further making myself uncomfortable. I felt the vans engine roar as the floor began to vibrate. Mark was in the front seat, I assumed he was talking to someone on the phone. I tried again to release the lock on my muzzle to no avail, my shaking fingers just slid off the buckles.

My back ached and my wounds stung as I hit the side of the van, I assumed Mark had taken a sharp turn. Each time I tried to stand I fell back onto my backside as the van swerved from left to right. My heart was pounding, where was Mark taking me? I feared he was going to kill me. As I felt the van slow down, I steadied myself and began ramming the doors, I didn't care if I would hit incoming traffic, at least I had a chance of getting away.

"Sit still you little rat!" I heard Mark bellow from the front seat. I ignored him, how could things get any worse for me anyway? I had to get out. I rammed the door again just as Mark slammed on the brakes, my efforts to break free were unsuccessful as I was flung to the front, hitting the wooden board he had dividing the seats and the back of the van. All I had achieved was getting sore shoulders and a headache. The doors swung open and I saw Mark staring at me. "You really are making things worse for yourself, demon." He growled. I looked for a chance to run past him but he walked up the ramp into the van and approached me with a lead. "Up. Now." He attached it to the back of the harness and forced me to stand. I ran for the doors but was dragged back, the harness dug into my chest and tightened around my crotch. "You're going to take a while to break." Mark commented. "Walk, slowly." He commanded. I took a shaky step forward towards the edge of the van and Mark followed. The sunlight stung my eyes as I stood on the ramp, I didn't recognize where I was. I was outside a grand mansion, something my family and I only dreamed of owning. "Go on, move." Mark prompted. I shakily walked down the ramp and turned to him as he caught up. "This is my home," he gestured to the huge mansion at the end of the pathway. "Not that you'll be enjoying it's beauty, I have a special place for you."
