It took me so long to get here. But nothing's changed.
I should explain. I was hospitalized for an eating disorder. I was then sent to a residential facility. There I was diagnosed with anorexia nervosa.
I'm currently in IOP.
Intensive OutPatient
I feel really anxious. I also feel like I'm going to end up having a lot of problems.
I'm home. I've through all this treatment and yet I still feel like I want to skip meals. It's so hard and I don't know why.
So that's why I've been gone for so long.
