The next couple of days at school were pretty normal. Ashton and Navea, only seen in classes, Calum and Abby only seen out of classes and Michael and Chloe, just not seen at all.

The air felt abnormally calm and with every step I took that day, I felt it'll all change. "Aveva?" Mrs LongHorn chirps. I don't know whats made her so happy this morning but whatever it is, it better stop. "I asked you a question darling," She smiles sheepishly, a smile filled with years of tooth whitening and faded 2005 lipstick. She smacks her cherry covered lips and glances at the board then me. She motions for me to come forward.

"Well, I asked what you think is the problem with today's youth." She gracefully takes a seat at her desk and stares at me with her bright blue beady eyes. "Well, I don't find anything wrong with today's youth. I find something wrong with the adults of this generation. Acting like they were never kids, never had a passion, never loved something so much you had so much dedication. Never wanted to party, never wanted to live," I take a pause to catch my breath as the class stares at me wide eyed. Mrs LongHorn's bottom lip drops to the ground and I grin. I've finally accomplished this.

"Maybe if they stopped locking us up like Repunzels, and let us make the mistakes ourselves, maybe if they stopped thinking every girl your son's with is a slut. Or every boy your daughter's with wants to rape her. Maybe if they just opened their eyes to see, they were once just like us," I stop and stare at Mrs Longhorn.

"Just a little older." The entire class echos with oohs and aahs and everyone bites their fingers to what Mrs LongHorn is gonna say next. "That's it, detention, right now. And I am calling your parents in, I've had a enough of your misbehaving."

Without even bothering to hear her rant, I grab my bag and salute her goodbye. I hear the laughs strained from aching stomachs as I make my way down to the detention room. This is just what I wanted, to be a lone, to meditate, to just rela-

"Hi Aveva." Caspar smirks as I walk through the front door. I pull out a chair reluctant as my eyes wonder around the room to lock with the one person in it. "So princess, what'd you do to get an innocent thing like you at detention."

I scan the room for my closest exits, I don't like the way this scene is playing out. "I called Mrs. LongHorn old ." I kinda snort at the end, her reaction was utterly priceless. Soon after his girlfriend walks in. "Babe I couldn't get the chocolate muffins but I got vanillas and what. is. she. doing. here?" She eyes me, picking out every flaw I own and memorably scanning them in her mind I try to do the same but is it wrong to say I couldn't find a flaw?

I mean she's no Navea but she's really pretty, short silk black bob glistening in the sun light peeking through the windows, clean white teeth brighter than the ocean's foam, eyes bright blue and figure pin point perfect. No wonder he doesn't want me.

Why should I care. I get up from my seat and dust my hands on my jeans. "Hi, I'm Aveva." I give her a sly smile as she stares unsure if I'm a threat or not. She grabs my hand reluctantly and shakes it. "I'm Rosie, it's nice to meet you." She smiles genuinely and takes a seat next to her boyfriend.

I bring out my iPod and start playing Creep by radiohead. "Hey." I look up to see where this familiar voice is coming from and its Luke. I give him a half smile as he takes a sit next to me. "What are you doing here?"

"Skipping class." I roll my eyes to his statement. "Do you want to skip school with me?" I nod my head and get up and he follows suit.

"Luke, it's been long dude, kissing any girls behind Aveva's back?" Caspar snorts and Luke clenches his fists making his way towards Caspar. He stand over Caspar as he burns holes into his forehead.

"Attempting murder lately?" Luke asks Caspar and Caspar shift in his chair uncomfortably. It's like an unspoken thing but everyone thinks Caspar was one of the six boys. Luke snorts then winks at Rosie before leading me out.

"Well where do u wanna go?" He sighs as we reach the front door. I look around the deserted school parking lot. Wondering why I don't drive myself to school anymore.

I shrug my shoulders casually and watch him roll his eyes at me. "I know where we should go."

"Where?" I ask excitedly jumping up in front of him as he tries his best to ignore me. "Somewhere kitten." He looks the other away once again and I jump up and down to be his level trying to get him to look me in the eye. "Why won't you just tell me, are you like kidnapping me?!?" He chuckles and stares at me with his blue eyes glistening in the light.

"It won't be kidnapping if your gonna like where we're going." He smirks. Once we reach his car he buckles up his seat belt and I do the same. I give him my most unamused look ever. "Lee come on just tell me."

"We're going to the city."

The city, was Luke insane, that place is unbelievably crowded with a bunch of adults on a rush to get to work and lots of expensive stores I've never been in. My side of Sydney was a more laid back area but I've only been to the busy side of town twice.

"Luke why are we here I don't like this place, its like a default Manhattan." I murmur as we step out of the car. He grabs my hand and leads me to a little ice cream store. The man at  the register flashes us a warm smile and I return the favour. "What can I get you kids." He croaks in a throaty voice, reminds me of my father a bit. He seems like a 40 year old man telling by the wrinkles at the side of his face when he smiles. "Two chocolate ferry blasts?" Luke looks at me for confirmation and I nod my head in a reply.

As Luke gets our ice cream, I creep to the front door of the ice cream shop and watch the view before me. Busy, busy adults walking with briefcases and coffee, people on phones discussing business. Basic spoilt teens leaving the expensive stores with six bags in hand. But one thing that caught my attention was a teenage girl, about my age, frail and pale but exceptionally confident with bright turquoise hair just screaming for attention. I watch as she sets her guitar up and starts singing Good girls. Her outfits quite the catch too.

"She's a good girl, she's daddy's favourite." I watch as she sings the words perfectly with her little british accent echoing through her mic, and how she strums her guitar like she's been at it for all her life. I'm distracted by Luke when he rests his arm on my shoulder and startles me. He hands me my ice cream and we both stare out the window together. Luke furrows his eyebrows at the girl singing his song. "I have an idea." He says taking my arm in his and leading us both to the girl singing his song.

He motions for me to stand in front of her as he goes to the back of her and i immediately know what he's going to do. "She said to me-" she sings but stops. "Forget what you thought, cuz' good girls are bad girls that haven't been caught." Luke finishes up for her. I smile as her face brightens up and her fingers fall from the guitar that is swooped up by Luke and strummed. "So just turn around and forget what you saw."

"Cuz' good girls are bad girls that haven't been caught!" they both sing. Its just so cute what people do the for fans, it just makes me really smile. The song stops and I hear people clapping behind me and just noticed they drew a crowd.

He smiles at me and I smile back, Oh Luke, only if you knew what you did to me.
