"How do you just 'forget' to tell us something as big as this? Has she always had more than one quirk? Or did she only just recently get it? How did she get it? Does she only have the two? Or is there more?" Midnight grabbed Aizawa as she began to have a bit of a mental breakdown.
The girl reached over and put her hand on Midnights, calming her down, she looked down at the girl. She felt like she should feel worried, but no negative emotions seemed to be able to arise within her.
"I don't know whether I had it before or if I got it recently. Neither of us have the answers for that and I'm sorry. All I know is that I have at least two quirks. I'm sure there are tests that can be ran to check to see when I got the quirk and how and if I have anymore. But for now, we need to stay calm and rational." She looked at all the teachers, showing the message was for all of them. They slowly nodded in agreement.
Truth was they were all a little freaked out. They had no idea how powerful she was, and the personality change was a little weird for them. Usually she was all smiles, but she had looked stoic the entire time she was there other than when she was interacting with people. Nothing could faze her, but she never told people to be calm and rational, she'd simply try and motivate them and cheer them up.
It really made them think. Did the accident really change her personality? Or has she always been like this but just decided to hide it from them? Maybe she didn't like being this way so she would put on a smile. That's what they hoped for, that it was just because she was embarrassed of herself. As much as they hated it, they'd rather that be the reason rather than something like her being an undercover villain. There was a traitor in the school after all.
"Stop looking at me like I'm going to turn around and kill you all. You're meant to be my teachers, and yet all you're doing is sitting there and thinking badly of me now that I'm different. I can't help it, the same thing could have happened to anyone, so don't go presuming I'm a bad person. You're not the ones who can't even remember your own birthday, or who any of your friends are, or what your family even looked like."
She didn't turn to look at them once, and she stayed monotone throughout the whole thing. They were taken aback a little by what she had said. She couldn't even see their faces. The guilt of their thoughts and the sympathy they had for her soon took over and they looked down in shame of themselves.
"Lift your heads and smile like we've been having a nice conversation, the others are coming." A small smile appeared on her face. They all did as told, and right on cue all the students came into view with plates of various foods in each of their hands.
But when she looked she saw a few extra faces she hadn't seen before who were also carrying food.
