She faced away from them, looking at the dark sky above them. It had gotten pretty late, so now was definitely a good time to talk, no one would be out at this time. They both continued to look at her, but neither said anything, just waited for her.
"Is there a way... to test how many quirks someone has? And what those quirks are?" Their eyes widened a little. They weren't expecting her to ask about this. They really weren't used to her being so serious.
"There is. If you want, I can get you an appointment for tomorrow. I understand your concerns, and I'm here to help in any way that I can." The small principal looked up at her as she turned her head and looked down at him, lightly smiling showing her gratitude.
She turned back, looking up at the sky, almost studying the stars. Aizawa looked at her from the corner of his eye, the blank expression on her face pained him. Oh, what he would give to see that happy smile again.
A few minutes of silence passed before they decided to go back in, with her trailing a little behind them. As they got to the front door, Aizawa opened the door and let Nezu through, who thanked him. Then his head turned to the girl who stood still at the porch.
"You go on ahead, I just want to... think about things a little more alone. I won't be out here long." A small reassuring smile made its way to her lips, his heart melting a little at the sight, yet hurting because of what she was having to go through. He smiled a similar smile, and nodded his head, shutting the door and walking further into the building.
She listened to the sound of his footsteps getting further and further away from her before she turned and faced out towards the bushes. Someone was there again; she could sense it. However, it was someone different than before.
Her eyes caught the slightest bit of movement, and she could tell she was making eye contact with whoever was in there. Suddenly, her eyes glowed a baby blue, and then she was in their head.
'Who are you?' There was silence, and then a lot of rustling, as if they were about to stand up. 'Stay down, someone could be watching us and they could see you, and I'd rather they not scare you away before I get some answers.' The rustling stopped for a second as she spoke in their heads, listening to what she had to say. Then a bit more movement until it finally ceased, showing they had gotten back into their previous sitting position.
'Wow, it really did work, he really did give you more of his powers! I didn't think it would work for a second. I knew it would work! Look I can't stay here any longer, if you want to talk, come to the usual meeting place.' A portal appeared behind the bush, and a figure stood abruptly from the bush. They were skinny and relatively tall. It seemed like they were in some sort of jump suit from head to toe. Part of her started to panic, not wanting him to leave and wanting answers but not wanting to follow him and disappear or make a scene.
'I have amnesia.' Was all she could come out with. The figure stopped and turned to look back at her, her eyes still glowing blue. 'Give me an address and I'll find a way to get there as soon as I have a chance.' Her face remained expressionless even during and after the little panic she felt.
He wrote something down on a small bit of paper, and placed it on the ground, before looking at her one more time, then saluting her as he walked through the portal, and out of sight, along with the portal.
Her eyes went back to her normal shade of (E/C) as she slowly walked forward towards the piece of paper and picked it up. Before she could read what it said, she heard the door open behind her. She turned her head as she heard her name being called.
"(Y/N)...? (Y/N), you alright? Whatcha doin' all the way over there? Mr Aizawa said to ask you to come back in now." It was a boy with red hair, she wasn't 100% sure on his name, just that it had Kiri in it.
"I'm fine, I thought I saw something down here, but it was just a cat." He smiles at her as she approaches the door, he moved slightly to the side so she could enter first. As she walked past him, she looked at his from the side and said, "Thanks Kiri." And with that she continued on her way.
Kirishima on the other hand was not so okay, his face was as red as his hair, felt as hot as Bakugo's explosions and his heart running a million miles an hour and yet melting at the same time. Never had he thought she would give him a nickname, let alone it having that sort of affect on him, plus the way she said it had his heart racing. Just thinking about it put a big, melted grin on his face as he walked back into the common room.
A few of his classmates caught sight of his dream like look and they gathered around him as he sat next to Bakugo who gave him a weird look.
"What's up with you shittyhair?" All the poor boy could do was sigh and sink further back into his seat.
"Nothing." He replied dreamily.
