Yeosang's POV
"Hey guys, Hongjoong Hyung wants us all in the dining room. Family meeting before dinner," Yunho said. I looked up from the couch where I was still cuddled in San's arms. We had been watching for about an hour before Yunho walked in. I quickly got up, helping San up as well before we went to the dining room where everyone else was already sitting down. We quickly sat down in the empty seats and sat down, turning to look at Hongjoong. He sighed before speaking up.
"I know we've had a few little discussions, but I want us to have a proper clear up, and one where everyone can comprehend it all," he said, glancing over at San briefly.
"Alright, so how're we starting this," Mingi asked.
"Well, you all know what's happened to my parents by now. They got into a car accident and they're not going to make it, or they may already be gone by now," Hongjoong said.
"I'm sorry Hyung, they were lovely people," Jongho said softly. Hongjoong gave him a small smile before taking a deep breath.
"The way I acted earlier, was really drastic. I know that now, and I once again would like to apologize for it-."
"I know you always say everyone get's their say in our meetings, but we understand Hyung. You don't need to keep apologizing," San interrupted gently.
"I appreciate that, but if anyone has any issues, then please bring them up now. Remember it's an open space, you can say whatever is on your mind and you won't be judged," Hongjoong said.
"You've already dealt with my issues," Wooyoung said with a shrug.
"You can add anything else you want though," Hongjoong said.
"I love you, if that counts," he said with a shrug. Hongjoong's eyes softened slightly, and he flashed him a small smile.
"I have something to add, if I may," Jongho spoke up.
"Of course, what's up," Seonghwa said with a nod.
"Uh, I just want Hyung to know that we'll always be here for him, no matter what. I know he got scared, but I hope that in future, leaving wouldn't be the first idea you have," Jongho said quietly.
"It won't be, I promise. Yeosangie gave me some pretty good insight into how I should be thinking," Hongjoong said, sending me a small smile. I sent him one back happy that my words had managed to get through to him. I would have hated for him to have left like that. I've actually grown a little, attached to him in my time here. I'd have for him to leave.
"Then I'm all good Hyung," Jongho said.
"I'm fine. You had me worried for a bit, but I understand," Mingi said.
"I'm fine, just um. Next time you want me out of your head, maybe just ask me nicely to get out next time, rather than yelling," Yunho said quietly.
"That's valid. I'm sorry. I just didn't want you reading into my thoughts and I already wasn't in a good state of mind. I'm sorry for that," Hongjoong said.
"It's ok, I forgive you," Yunho said with a nod.
"I don't have any problems, they were solved as soon as you stayed," I said.
"Are you sure. You've been through a lot lately, and this on top of it probably wasn't helpful," he said.
"Trust me, I've had worse," I said with a shrug. I also almost died today, but I'm nowhere near as bothered as I thought I would be.
"Sannie, how're you feeling about everything? I know it definitely upset you," Hongjoong said. I could tell the elder was worried as he was nibbling on his bottom lip and tapping the table lightly.
