Chapter 41

Hayes POV

I watched the tears fall from her face as she turned and ran back to her car.  What did I just do? I heard her car speed out, I turned to see Niall hold Paityns crown he made her. He looked back at me and before he turned back around I swore I saw a tear fall down his face.

Louis ran over to Niall and gave him a hug glaring at me. Harry was already gone, Cameron walked over to me. "What the hell is wrong with you?" He growled. I opened my mouth to say something but Cameron beat me. "You have done this before! She just was in the hospital damn it! And she lost her memory now you tell her that, I don't want you near Paityn."

His face was stern, "Cameron I'm sorry I didn't not what I just did." He shook his head, "No sorrys this time Hayes, I really trusted you with her you and Nash, you both let me down."

I frowned, "But Cameron I-" he cut me off "No Hayes, I really trusted you." Everyone was looking at me, I turned around and started to walk away. Once I was out of there sight I ran and cried. I now I'm a wimp, but I'm not I blew it and I blew my chances with a amazing girl.

Unknown POV

I opened the door, "Hi Kate I need to ta-" Paityn looked up. Fear took over her face, confusion took over my face. How did she find me? This was not how we where supposed to meet. "Wrong house" she said quickly said before turning away. I grabbed her arm pulling her inside the house closing the door.

"I think you have the right house, Paityn" I smirked holding her against the door. "Why are you in Kate's house?" She spat, always sassy like I remember. "Why Kate's my cousin, and I thought why don't I stay here to watch you."

Her eyes widened, "Surprised huh?" I snickered. She punched my face and I fell back.

Paityns POV

I punched him sending him back, I ran to get the gun. I now where it is because me and Beth where having a sleepover once. Beth heard someone and grabbed the gun and we found it was just Kate. I opened the picture frame, quickly turning the knob on the safe.

It clicked opened and I grabbed the gun, he tackled me. The gun fell out of my hand, "Nice moves, Dallas" I brought my knee up hitting him in the stomach. He groaned and fell off me, I quickly ran towards the gun. He grabbed my ankle making me trip and fall down.

I groaned and reached my hand trying to grab the gun. I got it in my hands and then I was pulled up losing it from my grip. "Let go" I hissed going to punch him again. He grabbed my hand, "Not this time" his grip tightened on my hand. The pain shot up my arm, I whimpered and took my other hand hitting him square in the face.

I grabbed the gun pointing at him, we wiped the blood from his nose. "Why did you shoot me?" I asked my breathing quickened. He walked closer to me, "Why did you shoot me Luke!" I yelled. Luke grinned, "It doesn't matter anymore, but you just crossed the line."

I held the gun up to him and started walking backwards. Luke noticed, "Where you going?" He smirked walking closer to me. I turned bad ran down the stairs, I tripped and fell down the stairs.  A sharp price of wood cutting my cheek.

I groaned and got up, once my eyes sight was back to normal I ran towards the door. I opened only to be slammed against the wall. Luke grinned, "What a nice way of going down the stairs, to bad it hurt you." His hand tight around my hand with the gun.

I tried to move out of his grip only for him to tighten it. I brought my knee up hitting him, he hissed and backed up. I took my chance and ran out the door. I slammed it shut running to my car. I got in and started it slamming on my pedal. I kept driving till I got to Cameron's apartment.
