To be honest, I felt sparks whenever I kissed Annabeth. But now I feel them die down. It hurts me to say this But I don't think I love Annabeth anymore. It does hurt. I've known her since I was 12. She's better off with someone else. Her happiness means more than mine. I sighed. Firstly how am I suppose to tell Annabeth? Secondly I don't know if she'll kill me.... It's worth a shot anyways
I walked towards the Athena cabin, I knocked on their door once I arrive.
"Who is it' When Malcom opened the door 'oh, Percy... Annabeth's right there'' he pointed towards her room.
I murmured "Thanks"
I walked towards her room and knocked on her door
I could hear a muffled voice "Go. Away"
"Wise girl, It's me"
"Oh Percy come in"
I proceeded to open the door...
I walked over to her.
"I have something to say" We both say
"You go first" Annabeth offered
I sighed and took a deep breath
"I don't know how to say this but, I don't think-"
"You don't love me?" Annabeth cutted me off
"Maybe, I just don't know" I responded
"Yeah, that was what I was about to say anyways Percy, It's fine"
"So still friends?" I asked
"Still friends " She responded
Even If we're not a couple Annabeth is a great friend
Piper's PoV
I was looking at the fireworks display. Still amazed. We beated our 1millionth monster today. Beautiful honestly. I was about to go back to my cabin but then I saw Jason sneak out. I decided why not? Nothing could go wrong right?
I followed him til he reached his cabin. I peeked through his window and saw a girl sitting on his bed while he took of his shirt and KISSED HER!?!? I barged in
"What the hell, Grace?" Both I and Reyna asked
"Pipes I swear it's not what it looks like"
"Reyna?" I questioned
"What're you doing here?" I asked her
"He told me you guys broke up"
"WHAT THE HADES GRACE?!?!" I screamed at him
"C'mon Piper" Reyna gestured to follow her
"Fuck you grace" I said while leaving with Reyna
We went in a forest
"Sorry piper I didn't know"
"It's fine its Jason's fault anyways" I responded
I heard footsteps nearby. I quickly unsheathed my dagger. Reyna drew her sword. We were both ready for attack.
Annabeth soon came into view.
"What the hades are you both doing here" She asked both of us
"I was about to ask the same thing" I answered
"Look, I just need fresh air"
"Why?"
"Percy Broke up with me, but still agreed to be friends"
"Mine's rougher"
"Hm" She hummed
"Jason cheated"
"What?"
