I've gotta say Katherine Pierce is a smart ass. Even while dying she thought of a way to try to destroy Elena's life. You know how? By injecting her with the same ripper virus, Wes had injected Damon with. So, here she was trying to find a solution, an antidote for it.

Lia was shuffling through the remnants left behind in Dr. Maxfield's makeshift lab. She stumbled upon the tape recorder, which reiterates that the virus Katherine infected Elena with contained trace amounts of Werewolf venom, which came from Nadia's infected blood. "Oh, my God." Lia closed her eyes in realization.

"So werewolves are real." Lia whipped around to face the new voice in the lab. "I always thought that was just, like, you know, a joke. I'm Enzo." He continued as he stepped forward from his position beside the rack opposite her.

"I know who you are. The Enzo." Lia said in a slightly angry voice. I mean, come on man did you forget the aneurysm she gave him?

"No, the other one," Enzo replied in a sarcastic tone.

"Heh. Alright, Other Enzo." Lia said, playing on with his joke, slightly frustrated. "I don't know what it is you're doing here, but I don't want any part of it."

"I'm here for the same reason you are." Enzo continued. He certainly did not care about Elena, then why would he be here for the 'same reason'? "I want this vampire-feeding virus out of our lives."

"Why? You want your killing buddy back? Is killing innocent people not as much fun when you're alone?" Lia said with a sarcastic expression as she started walking toward him.

"Right. Damon mentioned you get a little judge-y." Enzo said as he too started walking toward her while she just smiled. "But then again, he also said you had a thing for accents."

"Huh, just stay out of it." She replied as her smile dropped. "We don't need any more problems." Lia finished frustratedly as she started walking away.

"Then you're not the least bit impressed that I have the antidote?" Enzo asked as she stopped in her tracks turning around to face him again.

"Wait...what?" She asked with a raised eyebrow in confusion. "You have the antidote? Well, give it to me."

"That would require your buddy, Stefan," Enzo replied.

"What? Why?" Lia asked, confused at his answer.

"Just call him and tell him to get to an address, and if he asks why, well you can say that the travelers don't want the witch to know," Enzo replied as Lia just took out her phone frustratedly and dialed Stefan's number.

"Hey," She heard Stefan's completely calm voice in the terrible situation.

"Bad news. It's not the same virus." She dropped the bomb in the best way she could.

"What is it? " Stefan asked, now slightly worried.

"Dr. Creepenstien was working on the next phase of his virus." She sighed in frustration. "When Nadia was sick, he was experimenting on her blood and he figured out a way to extract werewolf venom from her blood and put it into the virus."

"Wait. What do you mean by werewolf venom? That means it's fatal." Stefan said as he leaned on the pole in the corridor.

"Hello! You don't think I would just drop this on you without a silver lining!" Lia exclaimed slightly irritated by the fact that Stefan did not expect her to have an answer. "There's an antidote." She said as Enzo gave her a signal telling her to come to the point. "It just requires you to come meet me. I'll text you the address."

"Or you could just bring it over here? " Stefan suggested.

"No, you have to go there. And don't ask me why because I can't tell you." She replied slightly irritated.
