It's been two weeks of this harassment. Endless text messages from this stalker about how beautiful my sister is and commenting on what she's doing. I won't give Lyndsey her phone back. I've been holding onto it since the first couple of messages. I only check the phone occasionally to see if the guy has given up yet but it seems to only be getting worse.

What used to be three or four messages a day turned into fifty or sixty messages a day. And because of that I've decided the phone stays off until I feel the need to check it. Lyndsey never goes anywhere alone as well. I walk her too and from work while Megan or June stays with her while she's there. Lyndsey never leaves the house unless mike or I am with her. And she has been having sleep overs in either mine or June's room as well. She refuses to sleep alone.

I don't blame her, I would be pretty shaken up as well. Just the idea of having some stranger following her every move makes my blood boil. Only, she doesn't know that he literally sees everything she does. I won't let her have her phone. She'll only get worse if she sees the messages. What really made me feel uneasy is the fact that this guy not only knew everything about her but knew everything about me. He's tried sending me messages through her phone but I don't respond. I don't send any messages to him. It's hard to admit but I'm too scared to. If I say anything I have no idea what could happen.

This has been stressing me out completely, but I try not to show it around Lyndsey. She needs the support. I can see it in her eyes that she's terrified. She might put up an act but I know her too well.

Devon and I have gone to his uncle and together along with chris and mike we've been trying to find this guy. Matthew, Devon's uncle, has declared that there's a high chance that the man that has been on a murdering spree could be the one targeting her but he's not one hundred percent sure. Speaking of the murderer, he's killed an additional seven women, all fitting the description that we first heard when all of this started. In total that's thirteen innocent women, and what's worse is Leah's mother was one of them. The only one that's out of description.

Leah hasn't been around because she is visiting family in Hawaii but she knows what happened. The only thing we didn't know, was that her father already passed away years ago, meaning Leah is left without a mother or father now. She's with her grand parents now and I can only imagine the suffering she's going through. She might appear to be tough and uncaring but no one can handle becoming parentless at her age.

Personally while all of this has been happening I've been coming up with ways to learn more about this man. Trying to figure out who it is. I've been spending double the time with Lyndsey and when I'm not with her and with Devon coming up with plans. The kid was more than willing to help Lyndsey. And he's actually rather smart. The plans he has come up with so far are great but only one small thing has kept is from doing them. The fact that I won't let him get thrown into danger. I believe that by killing Leah's mother, it was his way of warning us. Saying if he didn't get what he wanted he is able to do worse. We've neglected to call our parents about this because knowing dad he would drive all the way here and hunt who ever this person is and kill him, himself. Did I ever mention he's protective? Well he is.

Anyway back to Devon and his plans, I refuse to go through with them because they usually involve Devon and the stalker talking in some way. I won't allow it. As far as I know, the stalker knows nothing about Devon and I want to keep it that way, no point dragging someone who's safe into the fray.
