Swad slowly returned to Nightmare, handing him 'It Ends With a us'. Slowly revealing the other book, Nightmare gasped, and snatched the book from him. Swad looked at Nightmare, not angry, but kind of shocked that he snatched a book, was he that excited?
Nightmare started smiling, and started turning the pages. The book was huge, it looked like it was never gonna end.. Once he got to the end he turned the last page and more pages appeared. It really was a never ending book. Nightmare closed the book and looked at all the 'chapters'. Each chapter was about a different god, each chapter was about 100 or so pages.
Nim. God of all God's. Leader of every God.

Ashley. God of the sky. Controls weather.

Albtruam. God of water. Controls bodies of water.

Each chapter had it's God's name, then what they controlled. Under that was all the gods powers, and everything they were in control of. After that, it showed their personalities. Then what they dislike, and like, which contained everything. Foods, monsters, colors, ect. After that it showed their past.
Nightmare slowly turned each page, only reading the names and what they control. Slowly, he saw his name, on page 932 Chapter 6.
Nightmare ... God of The Night.
He read through his entire chapter, which was surprisingly close to the beginning of the book, of page one. The most important Gods are the ones who come first, then the ones who aren't that important go towards the end of the book.
Nightmare seemed to be more important since he can control the moon and stars, he brings them out at night. He controls negative feelings, but not all negative feelings. He mostly controls sadness, but there are gods for anger, jealousy, ect.
He got to the next chapter and saw Dream. Nightmare didn't want to actually read his, but when he saw his likes and dislikes, he saw that the first thing on like was his name. Nightmare.

Darling snatched the book from me, and started reading it. Slowly looking through the beginning of each Chapter. I kept asking him about it, and slowly I sat next to him, putting my arm around his waist, getting his attention. He looked at me, and I slowly looked at the book, I finally noticed what it was.
