(Austins POV)

🦋6th August 2019🦋

I put on a shirt and suit and I walk downstairs. I sit on the sofa and  I go on my phone and go on twitter. I post a picture of me and India pulling silly faces and caption it. 'My moral support :)'.

I hear footsteps coming down stairs and I quickly turn around. My eyes widen and a smile quickly emerges on my face. I see India walking down in the most stunning slim fit black dress that accentuated her hourglass figure. Whilst also looking quite modest with not too much cleavage revealed, the dress was just above the knees and strapless. She has on long black gloves that go up to her elbows. She is wearing black stiletto heels and pearl earring to match the necklace she is wearing. Her hair reaches just above her hips and is curled with a section help up at the back. She looks like an angel with her bright smile and radiant skin. I think how lucky I am that she is mine, and I'm the person she chose.

"W- I- You- wow." I try to get my words out but I cant. Her beauty is breathtaking in the most literal sense. She just chuckles at my pathetic attempt to talk.

"You look so handsome right now." She says looking up at me.

"You- you look breathtaking, I am the luckiest man alive."

"I'm the luckiest girl you mean?" She giggles.

"No, I'm the luckiest man, trust me if you could see yourself right now how I'm seeing you, you would agree." I kiss her on the forehead. "The driver is outside now, lets go.

We walk out to the car and get in. She lays her head on my shoulder and I rest my head on hers.

(India's pov)

We walk in and its the fanciest place I have ever been too, my jaw drops looking at the giant glass chandelier above us and how posh everyone looks. Austin holds my hand and we walk over to our table. We sit down and look at the menus.

"Aus, I feel like I don't belong here. Everyone looks so nice. Its all so fancy and I'm not a fancy looking person."

"You are the best looking person in here, you look stunning. You belong in an even fancier place than this." He reaches for my hand over the table.

I reach over and hold his hand. I take my phone out and take a quick picture and he chuckles.

"I need the memories." I say giggling.

"Take all the pictures you want my dear." He smiles.

I smile back at him and the waiter comes over, we order drinks and food and the night flies by. We finish our food and drink but we just sit there and talk about the memories from when we were younger.

"You do know I need to see your mum again."

My throat tightens and my eyes water. I manage to get out a few words without crying.

"I need to use the bathroom."

"India, hey. What's up?"

"I don't want to cry in here Aus."

"Lets find somewhere quiet then."

We walk into a secluded spot in a corridoor.

"Its my mum, she umm- well" The tears start rolling down my cheek. I cant hold them back anymore. My legs begin to feel weak and Austin sits me down on the floor and he sits with me. "She got really sick Aus, like really sick. I was on holiday for my 21st birthday and I got a call. It was the hospital. They said she only had a day left and I got the next plane back. The whole time I worried. I got to the hospital but it was too late. I never forgave myself for not being there."

He puts a hand on my cheek and look me in the eyes wiping the tears off my cheeks with the other hand.

"Its not your fault, you didn't know."

"But she was sick, and I went on holiday. What kind of daughter does that?"

"A daughter that didn't know, you cant blame yourself. We both know that you wouldn't of gone if you knew how serious it was."

He sits with me for half an hour before we decide to go home.

"I just need to go to the bathroom before we go, so I can fix my makeup."

"Okay, take all the time you need. Ill call the driver now."

I walk into the bathroom and grab the mascara, concealer, powder and blush.
I wipe off all the mascara that had ran down my cheeks. I put on concealer powder and blush then do my mascara again. It looks as if nothing ever happened. I walk out of the bathroom and over to Austin. We walk out of the restaurant to see paparazzi surrounding us. Austin gives me his coat and whispers in my ear.

"Smile for the pictures darlin'."

He holds my hand and smiles so I smile too, we walk through the crowd over to the car waiting for us. We get in and we can still see the flashing of cameras around us.

"You were just perfect." He says holding my chin and kissing me.

"So were you." I smile and rest my head on his shoulder. I feel so safe around him like I could tell him anything and he wouldn't judge, he would just listen to my problems. We drive back home and get into bed and cuddle until we fall asleep.
