cxxx{}::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::⊳When Isoloses woke up the next morning, he had elves practically burying him in the bed. During the night when Isoloses's knot went down, Dhaci ended up curled up with his head resting on Isoloses's abdomen, his body nestled between Naevys's legs. Naevys had one of his arms thrown around Dhaci and Isoloses at the same time, his head resting on Isoloses's chest. Cirzi was curled up in a ball up beneath his armpit, his hand resting on Isoloses's chest while his head was resting on his bicep, one of his legs stretched out behind him at an angle. Kaivyrn went rogue and had his head resting on Cirzi's thigh--the one that was curled up by Isoloses's abdomen--while his legs were tangled around Isoloses's, one of his hands creeping dangerously close to his cock.
He laid there quietly for a while, not really bothered by being covered with people--he was comfortable enough that it didn't even occur to him to try to wake anyone else up. He couldn't really be sure how long it was before Naevys began to stir, in his grasp. When Naevys stirred, so did Dhaci, and slowly but surely everyone was being roused awake. Isoloses got up with them, rather begrudgingly because it was still early and he didn't want to drag his lazy ass out of the bed yet.
Once everyone was showered and dressed--or in Isoloses and Naevys's case, redressed, everyone piled back down into the dining room to discuss the plant. It took about three hours, but they classified it--Ꞙɾẚṣʈᶓīɴɘ𝗇ǝ. It was creepy, and when they opened it to trap a fly in the jar with it, it literally drew the fly closer to it until it landed, and then the fly just--dropped dead assumedly after taking a tiny bite off of it.
That wasn't the weirdest thing, however, because shortly after that happened, the umbrella-shaped Azérolier Livide plant began dripping this black, tar-like substance while--growing just microscopically. That led to them feeding it a larger bug, which led to it growing just a bit more a little while later. The bodies of the bugs completely disintegrate when left inside of the shut container, and when taken out the plant grows less. It's odd, admittedly, but the elves wanted to figure out what it was and how it grew. The bigger it got, the more Isoloses had a hard time ignoring it when the jar was opened.
After a while, it was so unbearable that even the Birds were freaking out and trying to escape their massive cage in an attempt to get to it. Naevys, Dhaci, Cirzi, and Kaivyrn then made the decision on whether or not to allow it to go back out into the wild and continue on naturally. Isoloses had suggested they let him light it on fire, and snapped his fingers, making sparks appear between his fingertips. Cirzi and Naevys had been on board with him for a while, but in the end, Dhaci and Kaivyrn won the debate, and Dhaci got a new 'pet monster to feed' as Cirzi put it.
All Isoloses had to say about that was ew. He would not want that disgusting plant anywhere in the same realm as him, much less in his bedroom. Apparently, Dhaci had an entire 'closet' full of plants that were too dangerous to remain in the wild that he nurtures and keeps contained. Isoloses was thankful for what he did, even if he never, ever, ever, planned to venture into that closet.
With the plant classified and contained, Naevys and Isoloses were taken back to Naevys's castle, where Naevys immediately went off to file a report for Cassian to review their findings and Isoloses... Isoloses just went to lie down in Naevys's bed and took a nap. He was exhausted, and while sleeping with all of the elves around him had been comfortable, it wasn't the easiest way to get a restful night's sleep. Isoloses had probably came more than his weight the past night, and he was sure he just needed a good nap before he managed to think clearly enough to do anything of substance.
He was just so tired, he couldn't help but pass out as soon as his head hit the pillows in Naevys's nest.
