By the time Isoloses and Naevys finally made it back home, Isoloses had been planning for at least an hour on how to execute the maneuvers necessary to sneak Naevys into the castle. They could not go through town. Absolutely couldn't. He was too recognizable, and it was still very bright in Caelestes so they couldn't even use shadows to disguise themselves. No, they had to go into the castle, which Isoloses knew Naevys was capable of.

A portal into the castle, and sneak very carefully into the infirmary. That was the only way.

There were guards posted everywhere when his father was crowned, but Isandro had lessened security enough to make it feasible. He was certain it'd work if he was cautious and if he used the invisibility spell on him and Naevys. The only thing was if Isandro had wards up to block portals, he'd be alerted as soon as one opened in the castle and his entire plan would be null and void--rendered useless.

The other option was significantly more complex and wasn't even a good option because if Mytherion came to Tenebris Regni then he'd know where Isoloses moved and he knew how close Myth was to Isandro--it was a risk he was unwilling to take. If Mytherion told Isandro he brought Naevys there, then there was a good chance that Isandro wouldn't figure out who Naevys even was. As far as it went, he was one of the more normal-looking elves so he couldn't really imagine that there'd be a lot of issues with him being easily identified given that they remain careful.

It would be a bit of a nuisance, but it wouldn't be so bad. He knew that there were a lot of things that could go wrong, but he had no choice but to do this. He knew that there were a lot of things that could result from this, but the risk was worth the reward. He needed the piece of mind to know that everything would be alright with the babies, regardless of everything else. He just wanted there to be something concrete to explain what was going on, so that he could stop worrying about it. He wouldn't quit worrying about it until he knew for certain that everything would be okay.

"So what's the plan, then?" Naevys asked, sitting down on a stool in his sitting room. "Are we going?" Isoloses nodded his head.

"I just... okay, so the game plan. We go through the portal into my bedroom. It has to be my bedroom, that way I can hide you if necessary." Isoloses said, and Naevys hummed.

"Why hide?" Naevys asked, making Isoloses raise an eyebrow.

"Do you plan to just stroll down the castle hallway and introduce yourself?" Isoloses asked. Naevys shook his head and tsked quietly.

"Please, have some faith in my abilities to remain quiet. You're worrying too much. It's going to be fine." Naevys said flippantly, raising himself up from the place he was sitting, "I'd like to get home in time for you to fuck me, and if it gets too late I will be too tired." He said blankly. Isoloses nodded his head.

"I can do that," Isoloses said easily, making Naevys nod his head. "We'll make it quick, just stay by me and hide with me okay," Naevys nodded his head and looked up at him. "Can you open a portal?" Naevys nodded his head and walked over to the doorway. Naevys put his hands on the edges of the doorway and bent his head.

"Ƙẚɭṧᴉɘʈᴉʀ ȿɦưóᴉƙ ɓ'ǻƙɦúꭆ ǝɳ ƴᴉệɗơɱ," Naevys murmured under his breath, his eyes slipping shut. Isoloses watched as vines crawled across the doorway, covering it entirely before it parted in the center and the vines curled inwards on themselves, coiling tightly around the edges. In the center there was a picture-perfect reflection of his bedroom from the doorway, allowing him to see even the window at the head of his bed, letting the hazy orange and yellow light from the sun flood the room. "Lead the way," Naevys said easily, waving his hand.
