Jimin was shocked when he saw Jungkook standing outside their house and holding Jackson in his arms. He could tell that, Jin's husband was in hurry, so without hesitation he let their son in to play with their kid.

He didn't know what was happening in his neighbor's house, but he did know that Seokjin hyung was feeling anxious about their daughter's school. Now, Jimin was having a big smile over his face by seeing the two boys doing their homework quietly.

He looked at the clock and he noticed that it was almost six in the evening. He decided to prepare some snacks for the children who were working hard. He thought of preparing oatmeal because it was healthy and it would be stomach filling. While he was working on the snacks, he heard the door bell ringing.

Jimin sighed heavily while walking to the main door. On his way, he saw Yeonjun and Jackson drawing something on their sketchbook. With a chuckle, he walked to the door and opened only to see Jeon Jungkook standing outside awkwardly.

"H-Hi, Jimin. I am sorry for leaving Jackson here without any notice. I hope he was behaving." A smile made Jimin's face while seeing how cute this man was. He simply shook his head and opened the door widely signaling the other to come inside.

"Not at all, hyung. Yeonjun loves his company and vice versa. Just now they had finished their homework and were drawing something." Jungkook was in awe while looking at his son concentrating on the sketchbook.

Now he understood why Seokjin was adamant about being friends with neighbors. Being good to the others wouldn't be good for them alone but for their children too. Jackson never stayed at his friend's house neither talked with many boys. But seeing him being close with Yeonjun at such a short time made Jungkook to understand that having neighbors was not a bad thing.

"T-That's wow. Hey buddy~" When Jackson heard the similar voice, he looked up from the sketchbook to find his father standing in the hallway. Without bothering about anything, Jackson ran over to Jungkook and hugged his knees who easily swept him in his arms.

"Daddy!" Jackson giggled loudly when his father gave him some tickles. Yeonjun ran to Jimin and hugged his legs side way by looking at them.

"Thank you for taking care of him, Jimin." A bunny smile played over Jungkook's lips making Jimin to get mesmerized in that face.

"It's not a problem, hyung. I was preparing snacks for the kids. If you don't mind, you can sit here until they have it." Though Jungkook wanted to go back to his husband who was sleeping soundly in their bedroom, he didn't want to be rude to Jimin who was cooking for their son. So he nodded silently, and put down his son who ran to Yeonjun to play with toys in their bedroom.

Jimin watched the kids running to their room, so he thought it was right time to ask about the incidents.

"Hyung, is Seokjin hyung, okay? He told me there was a problem in Ari's school." Jimin asked with concern and looked at Jungkook with puppy eyes. Though Jeon Jungkook never loved to talk about his family matters to others, the guy before him was trustworthy.

A heavy sigh left Jungkook's lips before nodding his head softly.

"Yeah, just now everything was over. So I came here as soon as the storm had ended." Jimin giggled by hearing the usage of words which Jungkook put in his sentence. He casually walked to his kitchen to look at the oatmeal and he could feel Jungkook's presence in the kitchen area.

"Being a teen is a tough age, hyung. I remember where I always had arguments with my parents and snapping at every person I see." Jimin stirred the oatmeal before touching it while examining it's softness.

Jungkook leaned on the kitchen island while looking at the hallway. He could see the Vmin's family photo hanging on the wall in the large size.

"You argued because your parents were opposed to your love story with Taehyung?" Jimin was shocked when he heard it. With wide eyes he turned back to see Jungkook who was still seeing their portrait on the wall.

"Actually, it's the opposite. They agreed without hesitation."

It was Jungkook's time to get shocked. His wide doe eyes averted from the portrait and looked at Jimin who turned off the stove and closed it with the lid.

"W-What?"

"Tae and I were best friends from childhood, hyung. We called ourselves as 'Soulmates'. I argued with my parents because they agreed it so easily."

"I don't understand. Why do you fight your parents when they accept your love?"

"Where is the interesting part, hyung? They should oppose and I should do against them. That's how my teenage brain worked.

I was like, I should never listen to anything they say. I had this intention of doing things against their will. So when they told me 'It's okay, when is the wedding date?' I snapped. I argued with them by saying 'How can you be okay with that? Are you leaving your kid to some other guy?' Basically I was rambling without any reasons.

Even now when I think about it, I laugh at my own teenage self. They literally agreed to my interest, and why the heck do I need to fight them."

The kitchen area was filled with laughter of Jungkook and Jimin laughing at the story. The Vmin house was filled with their giggles and it was quite lovely.

"You have more experience than I do, hyung. But looking at you and Seokjin hyung, I feel like you guys always listened to your parents and agreed to their words. But what I am saying is, Ari is in her teenage. So she might have hard time to agree with everything you guys says. You can't expect her to be same like you guys did back in her age.

But at the end of the day, she is your daughter and you are her parents. No one can replace that. When she reaches maturity, I bet she would laugh at her own self by thinking about her behavior right now."

Jungkook found himself smiling by thinking about Jimin's words. He understood what the other person was trying to say.

"Wow, I never thought your cute brain contains this many philosophical thoughts, Jimin. You are small yet your words are big."

"Aww hyung~Stop making fun of my height~" Jimin whined to which Jungkook chuckled by the cuteness. Soon the Jikook buddies found themselves looking at their children having snacks together.

After some time, Jungkook picked up Jackson's bag and held his son's hands who was waving goodbye to Yeonjun.

"Good night, Jimin. Also say my wishes to Taehyung."

Jimin smiled and nodded but just when he was about to wave suddenly his eyes widened in realization.

"Oh hyung! Wait a minute!" With that Jimin rushed inside the room making Jungkook to wait in the door. He was looking fondly at Jackson who was doing some sign languages with Yeonjun. His eyes turned to Jimin who came towards him with a smile. He  gave an invitation to Jungkook who softly accepted it.

"T-Taehyung had told me to give this to you guys, hyung. I forgot. Please do come for the grand opening of the gallery which he is running. It's Sunday morning 10'o'clock. Come with your family, we will be expecting you all."

Jungkook nodded with a smile and left the Vmin's house. Jimin closed the door and looked at the living room where several toys and notebooks were scattered around. He decided to clean it before preparing the dinner for his family.
