Harry's POV

"She's such a b*tch! I don't know who I hate more, her or the Dursleys." Katianne exclaimed as we were walking to Umbridge's office for detention. "Well at least we don't have to live with her." I stated, trying to be optimistic. "Whatever." The blonde muttered, rolling her eyes.

After a while more of walking, we finally arrived at the Professor's office. "Aren't you gonna knock?" I asked my twin. "Of course not. You knock." She then said quietly. "I don't wanna knock." I declared. There was a moment of silence before Katianne said, "F*ck you." then knocked on the door while glaring at me, a smile spread on my face from victory.

"Come in." The obnoxious voice of Umbridge spoke up from inside. Katianne slowly opened the door, the both of us walking in. The room was filled with pink. Pink walls. Pink shelves. Pink curtains. Hung on the wall were plates with moving images of cats. I could see the look of disgust on my sister's face when she noticed how... bright the room was.

"Good evening." The woman greeted us. "Sit." I slowly closed the wooden door behind me, the both of us going to this table that had two papers on it, the two of us sitting down on the chairs. "You're going to be doing some lines today." After she said that, Katianne and I reached into our bags to get our pens. "No, not with your quills. Going to be using a rather special one of mine." Umbridge walked over to us with two quills, looking fancier than usual.

"Now, I want you two to write: 'I must not tell lies.'" The Professor stated, as both Katianne and I picked up the quill. "How many times?" I quizzed. "Well, let's say, for as long as it takes for the message to sink in." There was a second of silence, before I spoke up again, saying, "You haven't given us any ink." to which Umbridge replied with, "Oh, you won't need any ink." and with that said, we started writing.

'I must not tell lies. I mu-' I started feeling a stabbing pain on my left hand. I looked over to Katianne, who had the same grimace masked on her face as me. I looked down at her right hand, which was starting to show scratches of the words 'I must not tell lies'. She winced, furrowing her eyebrows, immediately dropping the, apparently, magical quill.

I looked down at my left hand, which, as well, started to show the words being carved. The Professor walked over to us, a faked innocent demeanour painted on her face. "Yes?" She quizzed, pretending to not know what had happened, while the both of us stared up at her in fear. I stayed quiet for a moment, leading to the blonde girl responding. "Nothing." She said.

"That's right, because you know, deep down, you deserve to be punished. Don't you?" Umbridge declared, her voice annoyingly quiet. "Go on." She whispered, and with that we immediately grabbed our bags and left the room. "You agree with me now?" Katianne asked after we were far enough away from her office. "Yea, she is a b*tch." I answered.

Katianne's POV

I sat alone in my dorm room, reading a book. Everyone else was out, not wanting to be around me. I heard a knock on my door, leading to me shouting out, "Come in!" Slowly, the door swung open, the familiar sight of my two blonde friends walking in. "Hello." I greeted them, going back to reading my book.

The two of them sat down on my bed, Draco next to me and Elliot in front of me. "So how was detention with Umb*tch?" The blonde Hufflepuff questioned. "Umb*tch? Is that what we're calling her now?" Draco questioned, to which El answered with, "Yes. Fits her perfectly." a wide grin on his face.

I rolled my eyes, putting a random piece of paper in the book as a bookmark and putting it away. "Detention was fine. Nothing too bad." I retorted, covering my right hand with my left, not wanting them to see the scars. "Really? Well that's surprising, considering that she's evil!" The Diggory boy exclaimed.

"Ok, ok, I wouldn't say she is evil." The blonde Slytherin argued, chuckling slightly at how dramatic El was being, though his face immediately dropped, looking down at my hands. "What's that?" He quizzed. "What's what?" I asked back, acting confused. "On your hand." The Malfoy boy continued saying, which led to me looking at my left hand.

"Nothing." I responded, showing them my perfectly good hand. "Your other hand!" Draco called out, grabbing onto my right arm, examining the scar. "What the h*ll happened?" He demanded, while El looked at me concerned. "Nothing." I replied calmly, trying to yank my arm away, though Draco gripped on tightly.

"Yea, that doesn't look like 'nothing'." The blonde Hufflepuff stated, his giggling demeanour changing into a concerned one. I sighed, before saying, "It really isn't anything bad, don't worry about it, okay?" I declared, quickly jerking my hand away so that it was no longer in Draco's hold. "It was Umb*tch, wasn't it?" El quizzed. When I didn't answer, Elliot immediately jumped up, saying, "You've got to tell Dumbledore."

I widened my eyes, looking up at him. "No!" I snapped. "I- no, I can't." I repeated, sounding calmer this time. "Well, you've got to tell someone." Draco announced. "No. I can't have people knowing about this. People already think I'm lying about Voldemort being back. I can't have them have another reason to think I'm lying." I claimed.

"Ok, ok fine. Just... try not to get in trouble as much. It's not worth getting hurt." El said, sounding as sincere as he could be. "Okay." I responded, smiling slightly.
