***** Chapter 4 - She's the Queen *****
Isolabella was waiting alone in her mother's office when the door finally opened again.
She turned from her spot on the sofa to see her father and T-Bone walking in.
"Hey dad." She mumbled as both came to sit on the sofa opposite.
"Hey Bells." He mumbled as he got comfortable and leant forward slightly. "I hear you met Axel?"
She nodded slowly. "Apparently so."
"Did he say anything?"
"To give himself away as someone who worked for you?" She shook her head. "Not really, only asked me a couple of questions about our family but it was just basic stuff."
Thomas nodded as he rubbed at his chin. "How strong are you sweetheart?"
Isolabella stared at him blankly.
"You reckon you could take him down?" He pushed further.
She shrugged slightly. "I can kill people yeah but-"
Thomas shook his head quickly. "Not that yet, he's an incredibly skilled fighter."
Isolabella looked between her father and T-Bone. "I can take down Digger and Bones."
Thomas shook his head. "Bells sweetheart, this guy is more capable than both of them put together, with T-Bone thrown in and all. I ain't never seen anything like him."
"So how do you expect me to fight him?!" She almost snapped.
"I wanna see you fight T here." Thomas spoke as he leant back and gestured to T-Bone.
Isolabella scoffed. "You're kidding right?! He's a fucking beast!" She exclaimed as she gestured to him.
"Come on Bells, you've got everything you need." Thomas spoke as he got up and moved to her side, taking her hands in his.
"You've got your mother's coldness, my strength and Taranis's temper. You're perfect."
Isolabella looked over at T-Bone, who shrugged slightly.
"Fine. I need to change first." She mumbled as she stood up.
Thomas tried to hide the excitement. "Perfect!" He jumped up and kissed her head. "We're gonna get you to the top of everything my darling."
