One hundred different emotions erupted through my veins. I stared at poppy, only felling sorry for this little girl. The crowd looked at Poppy.  Liv pushed Poppy forward she hurried to stage but  she turned back tears staining her face. The peacekeepers stated yelling at her. She ran back over to us and gave Liv a hug the peacekeepers pushed her forward she held steady and refused to go any further. She fell to the ground and curled up in a ball and cried.

I felt sad for her. All I wanted to do was stay home and not compete in the hunger games. But that wasn't the right thing to do. This was the hardest thing I have ever had choose from, except for the time by brother asked my truth or dare. I did dare, anyway I knew what I had to do.

"I volunteer. I volunteer as tribute!"

Every turned to face the sound,  I looked Charlie in the eye and said

"That's right, I volunteer"

I stayed still for a second but a Peacekeeper shoved me forward and hushed me to the stage.

I walked to the stage, giving a death stare to the peacekeeper and Charlie asked

"What's your name"

"Lily Evans"I replied stubbornly

"I..I....I love your outfit, it's fashion"

I smirked

"Well I didn't exactly want to wear a dress, who would" I responded

All the girls looked at their dresses and gave me a questioning look

"What" i scowled sharply

"What you looking at, you like This" I pointed to my body and did a funny smile

"Anyway, I bet that was your sister, right?"Charlie continued

"Nuh. Met her today."

"Well, put your hands together for the tribrute of district 4. Lily Evans! We will be rapping up soon but now a message from the capital"

I walked to Johanna she gave me a handshake and she piled me into the train  I strolled to where Jordan was waiting for me and sat across from him. Johanna walked out of the room into the VIP lounge and called over her shoulder

"Welcome to yoir new life, Enjoy while your alive." She smirked

My new life is going to suck.
