Pramila came to meet Komal's father and handed letter to him.

" she can Call me why she sent letter?" He asked, Pramila replied - " there is no phones in our haveli chacha {uncle} "

After reading the letter he said -
" inform her not to worry, I will do what she said "
Pramila greeted him and left from there.

Scene shifts:

Soudamini called Komal, Pratap and Arjun are already present.

" you wanted to know the reason why I married you to my sons?" She said, Komal wanted to know the reason.

" I will tell you once you consummate your marriage" said Soudamini causing huge shock to Komal.

Pratap and Arjun are observing her, they are enjoying, she being  in trouble.

" before that you have to perform some rituals, after that you can enjoy your wedding night" Soudamini taunted while that mere thought is killing Komal's heart.

" whatever my father will come and save me, I am not going to spoil my life being wife of your sons" Komal thought herself.

Komal is waiting for Pramila to know about the letter, she came and Komal asked her about it.
Pramila said " I gave letter to your father and he said he will do as per your wish".
Hearing that Komal felt relief and she can sleep peacefully after all her father will come to her rescue.

As she is about to retire for bed Pramila informed, Pratap is calling her.

Komal became tense as she still remember his torture.
She slowly walked inside his room, he stared at her from head to toe and asked to close the door.

She didn't moved, " I said shut the door" he yelled, she closed it fearing what will come in her way today.

" will you stand like that entire night?" He asked, she nodded her head in no, " then don't you ask me the purpose why I called you?" He questioned.

She didn't replied to him, he kept staring at her, she can feel his gaze on her, it's becoming hard for her to be under his gaze and sweat beads started to form on her face.

" massage my head" he said.
She decided to object him and said " I am not a servant to do your work"
He chuckled shocking her as she excepted a yell or slap from him.

" enough of this drama, now do as I say" he said.
She rolled her eyes at him, " I said I won't" she said firmly.

" waah! Today someone got courage to speak, how" he said clapping his hands and walking to her.
She stepped back, he held her arm and pulled her to him.

She wriggled her arm, he tightened his grip and said taking out a paper and displaying it infront of her face " whether, this is not the secret of your courage"

Her eyes widened seeing the letter in his hands, " you think you can send letter to your father and I don't know it" he said.

Fear raised in Komal's heart and the hope of her father saving her from this cage is Shattered.

" I saw you giving letter to Pramila, for her she delivered your letter,
Perhaps, what she don't know is I changed the letter" he said laughing, tears started to fill in Komal's eyes.

" you know what I wrote in that letter" he said, she stared at him.

" I wrote,

Dear dad, how are you I am fine, no, fine is a small word I am very happy here, I'm lucky to become daughter in law of this house.

My husband is taking good care of me, he is showering me with all his love and care, and my mother in law she is not even talking loudly with me even if I commit a mistake.

I forget to say, I had prayed to donate food and clothes after my wedding that too at our ancestral place,
I can't come now, so I  feel relieved if you go there on my behalf and do that, as I feel something bad might happen if we delay it.

Because Arjun suffered an injury yesterday then only I remember about that, so I wish you go there immediately,

Komal."

Pratap finished saying what he wrote in the letter, Komal is completely shaken hearing that.
" stop dreaming of escaping from here, there is no way you can escape, understand" he said and thowed her out of his room.

Komal ran to her room and kept sobbing as her only hope of escaping is destroyed.
