(Scene opens up in front of the full moon on a dark night. The scene goes down to a small farm with a homestead, chicken coop, and a large barn painted red. A young boy no older than eleven is seen exiting the farmhouse through the back door)

Mother (from inside the house): Thanks again for closing the barn up for the night, honey.

Boy: No problem, mom.

Mother (from inside the house): But just be careful. And don't take too long.

Boy: (playfully rolls his eyes) Okay, mom. (jogs out to the barn, but stops when he hears something in the barn. He slowly walks closer to the opened barn door and puts his ear to the tiny crack in the door to listen. He hears footsteps inside) (whispers) Is something in there? (slowly opens the door a bit wider and slinks inside the barn. He then grabs a kerosene lamp and lights it so he could see better as he looks around. He hears more footsteps coming from the other side of the barn, this time they're louder and quicker. He tenses up and starts walking, trying to sound brave) Hello? Who's in here? You're not allowed in here! You'd better come out or else! (grabs a rake for protection)

(A low growling sound is heard, followed by one of the stall doors creaking open. The boy follows the sound and realizes a few of the stalls were empty. Then a cow and a pig could be heard crying out in pain from outside. Thinking fast, the boy ran outside to find a couple of cows trying to defend themselves from a tall dark figure. A few large pigs were also present; they were trying to defend themselves as well as help the cows and quite a few chickens were running about the area in a panic)

Boy: Hey! Get away from there!

(The figure slowly turns its head towards the boy and two large golden eyes were practically glowing in the darkness. The boy gasps and nearly drops the lantern; he slowly backs away as the figure stops what it was doing)

Boy (nervously): W-w-w-what are you doing? You're trespassing a-and you need to leave!

(The figure takes a few steps closer to the boy, who instinctively backs away in fear)

Creature: (sniffs at the boy like a dog, then pauses) (in a deep voice) If you tell your parents about what you have just seen, you'll regret it. (snarls at the boy and show off a set of large, sharp teeth which glinted in the light of the boy's lantern)

(The boy's eyes widen in terror and he drops the lamp and the rake as he runs away back towards the house. The creature rolls its eyes and quickly runs after him while the animals continue to make noises of distress and cry out in fear. The boy runs through the barn and he gets out through the other side, but just before he could reach the farmhouse, he felt something grab his left ankle. He's lifted up by his foot and as he's hanging upside down, the boy was soon face to face with a massive creature that stood, walked, and talked like a man, but it resembled more of an enormous gray wolf)

Creature (in a deep voice): Didn't I tell you that you would regret this? (smiles a wicked smile)

(Inside the farmhouse, the boy's parents hear a bloodcurdling scream as well as the animals' desperate cries for help)

Mother: What in the world was that?!

Father: (grabs his rifle) Must be trouble. Come on!

(The couple exits the farmhouse, only to see a huge figure crouched over with its back facing the couple; it appears to be hunched over and eating something. The man fires a shot from his rifle into the sky, which catches the creature's attention. The light from the house shines on the creature, revealing its mouth to be stained with red. The couple's eyes grow wide in shock and terror as they realize what had just happened)

Father: YOU FREAK!! (starts shooting his rifle at the monster in anger, but misses every time)

(The creature then runs off as fast as it could into the forest near the barn, dropping whatever was left of the young boy. The mother falls to her knees and sobs hysterically as the father stops shooting and tries to comfort her, staring at the dark forest. A wolf howl is heard)
