A/N: This chapter will be a bit long, at the very least 5000 words or so since I always include more detailed events/thoughts, it will start off at Ruby's home and end at the beacon nighttime orientation.

Ruby spent the few days that lead up to the start of Beacon doing some rather important thing's, one being sucking up the radiation in the forest she had left behind in her rampage, another was making sure her father had gotten clothes that could fit her 8 foot tall ass now.
It was Sunday today and she was finishing up the last of the radiation remnants, after this she would need to stay still for a while to make her she doesn't overheat from the extra atomic energy.
"Well that's that done now, I'm going to lie down to avoid a internal temperature meltdown." Ruby slowly made her way to her bedroom as she needed to be careful not to have her body overload itself right now, that would definitely kill Yang and her father with the sheer amount of energy her atomic reserve's had right now.
Ruby curled up into a large ball on her bed as Scylla stood guard over her body, she went into hibernation to compound her atomic energy to lessen the strain it was making on her body, before she did she put on some music for her body and mind to relax to.
When Ruby went into hibernation her body shut down all non-vital functions it had, she was pretty much in a completely death like state, only Scylla remained completely functional to prevent attack's on Ruby while she slept.
As Ruby slept her body slowly evolved her lung's and the gill's on her neck, she could now handle being underwater even in the most extremely crushing depth's in her human form, she could hold her breath for hours without air as well. Her gill's also brought in far more oxygen in both air and water to help combat her overheating problem, the oxygen would be extremely chilled when it entered her black blood and brought oxygen to her muscles, organs, and brain.
For now the forest was safe again from the threat of radiation in the area, Ruby would spend the rest of the day hibernating to compound her atomic energy and evolve her atomic reserves capacity again.
Ruby woke up on Monday with a very nasty surprise waiting for her as she got out of bed, it seemed turning into a futanari gave her a rather nasty case of morning wood, making her groan as she got dressed in the uniform beacon had sent her through the mail.
"Motherfucker, god's damn these evolutions I go through, my fucking body is no longer even mine to control when to evolve, on that matter I'm not even the same person anymore either..." Ruby kept swearing under her breath as she released the full extent of her tragedy she had gone through, she managed to put on her uniform as she went through her bedroom door but not before hitting her skull on the doorframe.
"FUCK MY HEAD!" Ruby groaned as it didn't actually hurt her but it was uncomfortable when her double layered skeleton made a very loud |GONG| sound from hitting the wooden frame, Scylla lifted up to her face as her sentient tail nuzzled her cheek to calm Ruby down.
