Dangerous Development's Across Remnant.

I am going to speed up the timeline a bit to get to the Vytal festival, I have big stuff planned for it and a lot of fighting/possible deaths.

This book is practically it's own story and has little ties to canon RWBY, meaning I can do whatever I want just like what I did with my Depth's Of Insanity book.

After the Vytal festival I have two more villains planned, well more like three because I haven't decided between the options for the final villain. This is probably going to get to 15 hours worth of reading by the end of the second villain arc, so those who love a good long book will be happy.

Also this book will get dark again soon, I have enjoyed the lighter hearted stuff after Ruby met her team, but this book had such a beautifully dark beginning and I want to return to that soon.

Little funny thing I realized after talking to family but damn I have nearly died more times than I thought, 6 times nearly drowning, 3-4 times from near heart attack's, 2-3 times getting almost crushed and one of them was while I was asleep, I nearly died while I was in the womb from a near miscarriage too, I think the god's have apparently blessed me like damn I have the luck of Odin.

This will be a chapter spilt into smaller parts, mostly reactions to the current events from important people on Remnant.

Salem the goddess of the Grimm was not oblivious to the events that had enveloped Remnant, ever since that bomb test that Atlas did many strange thing's had popped up. First was the large beast that dwarfed any Grimm that had ever been created by Salem, second was the rumor's and reports given to her by her Grimm servants on another large three headed beast in Mistral.

Now there was the large winged beast that was being called the Firebird by many, even her white fang underling's had taken to worshipping the two beasts that had fought in Vale, calling them the new true god's of Remnant.

"How pitiful that people worship these beasts.... though I must say their power is astounding, being able to create blasts that big with their breath alone." Salem mused as she twirled a wine glass on her finger's, she needed to know where the beasts lived to try to make them submit to her.

Her plan's to strike down Beacon academy were proceeding well... but those beasts apparently live somewhere near Vale and if they had any intelligence could easily kill the Grimm she will send to burn the place to the ground.

Though if the three beasts have a hierarchy, the rumored three headed beast would kill the king for the throne, the Firebird had already seemed to submit to the God King as the faunas called the black beast.

"Cinder.... send the white fang to investigate where their new god's live, while you infiltrate Beacon academy like planned." Salem addressed a shadow that sat upon a long table that Salem was sat at upon a black throne, the shadow nodded before heading out of the room through a large door.

"Let's see if these new god's can stand up to the old god's..." Salem whispered as her crimson eyes shone in the dim darkness of the room she was in.

In Atlas beside Ruby's old pool of blood outside military base Bravo:

Though the pool of bubbling black liquid was weeks old from when Ruby had first taken her human form, the liquid that had been studied extensively by Atlas had failed to disappear or even break down.
