Y/N left the rental car agency. She had obtained her driving license she had finally decided to sign up for after the trip to her parents' house. She didn't want Jin to always have to deal with driving. When she opened the door of the reserved restaurant where she had arranged to eat with Jin's parents, it had been a day since Namjoon had confirmed that his parents and Jin's had been talking about her, and the word wedding had not been said at all, not even once. The place was a simple but decent place, close to the apartment where SeokJung and Ahreum lived, who had been brought from the hospital with little Sun.

- Thank you for agreeing to meet with me.

As soon as she saw them arrive, she got up from the table she had reserved and bowed.

- Well, let's say you were pretty insistent. Is it about Christmas? - his mother wanted to know taking a seat.

- No... is about me telling you I'm the perfect woman for your son. I mean, I'm not perfect, I know I have flaws, but I can make SeokJin happy more than anyone.

- Why are you telling this now?

The food began to arrive, she had asked a lot of different types, thinking about what she have learnt about Jin's parents taste.

- I don't want you to think I'm not good enough because I am. I am the best for him.

- Excuse me, but are you saying we don't want the best for our son?

- No, no, I'm sure you do. It's only that I think you don't know me very well yet and...

- Oh, we know you enough.- his mother smiled after swallowed a piece of sashimi. - Listen, Y/N, we apreciate your devotion to our son, and we really believe you're a good woman.

- So, are you going to think about what I've said?

- Oh, yes, for sure.

- Thank you so much. Just... thank you. - she bowed placing her right hand on top of her left and putting both to her forehead.

Jin's parents stayed a little longer but not too much. There were lot of food on the table when the waitress approached with the ticket. Y/N took her purse to pay.

- That's not necessary. - Jin's mother told her putting her hand above hers to stop her.

- But it was me who...

- Y/N. Please, don't insult us more than necessary.

- Oh, I'm sorry, Sorry. I've not wanted...

His parents got up after finally paying.

- Please. - she said getting up too before they leave.- I'd apreciate if you don't tell your son about our conversation.

- Goodbye, Y/N.

When she returned from the meeting, she took the opportunity to go to BH and send a message to Jin, whom she waited for in the parking lot.

- If you lend me your keys, I'll drive you home.  she told him smiling as she showed him the driving licence, proud. - Look what I've achieved with a few intensive classes.

- Congratulations. When did you go to class?  he asked thoughtfully as he put the keys in her hand and then kissed her. - Doesn' matter. We will have to buy you a car to celebrate it.

- Are you crazy? Isn't dinner better? - she laughed.

Y/N got into the driver's seat and began to adjust the rear view mirrors.

- I'm serious. - Jin fastened his seatbelt.

- Me too. At the moment I've already been in a office and I've rented a small one that I'll pick up tomorrow. I want to try before I get one.
