"Are you sure you wanna do this," Leo asked Michael.

"It's the only way we can stop this thing," he replied.

Michael was arming himself with safety gear to protect himself during his plan. He was also cleaning the old rifle, so that it wouldn't jam during said plan.

"Will you be safe," asked Leo again.

"...I dunno..."

Silence

CRASH

It was the same elephant, and it was getting more dangerous. Whatever they were doing, they had to do it fast.

"Guys," said Harrison from another room, "this beast is causing more and more damage by the second. Are you guys ready to do whatever it is that you're getting ready for?"

"Yeah," replied Michael. He then opened the door and gestured for his team to go forward. This team consisted of Athena, Mikey himself, Leo, and Jesse.

Jesse was the first one out of the door. They ran outside, charging at the mechanical elephant. It didn't notice them. They then yelled out their war cry:

"Pour le Québec!"

This caught the beast's attention. It turned in the direction of the voice. Then it saw Jesse, and let's just say... They were not big enough to threaten it. An average Asian elephant, which this one seemed to be modeled off of, stands tall at 6-12 feet and weighs 2-5 metric tonnes. On the other hand, an average Quebecois, like Jesse, is just a measly 5'7", and Jesse themself only weighed 60 kilos.

This behavior confused the elephant, for it had not been programmed in such a way, but within a few seconds, it snapped out of the shock and got ready to stop on Jesse. However, just as they were only 4 feet within the elephant's range, they lunged at it. The elephant got ready to grab at them with its trunk, but it could not have anticipated what would've happened next. Just as they were within the trunk's grabbing range, they suddenly morphed into one of the biggest enemies of the elephant–a Nile crocodile.

They grabbed the elephant's trunk, and the momentum pulled them down enough to rip the limb right off its face.

Meanwhile, the rest of the gang was creeping behind the elephant. Mikey kept adjusting his rifle, trying to aim for its head, but since the elephant was thrashing around so much, there seemed to be no easy way to do it.

"Jesus," cursed Athena. "They're really aggressive, huh?"

"Jesse's not someone that advocates violence," whispered Leo. "But when push come to shove, they know how to get it done."

"Remind me to never make them mad," said Athena.

"I gotchu," replied Leo.

The elephant had regained its composure, and was now trying to stab the croc with its tusks. Seeing this situation, the croc did the obvious thing–rip off both its tusks.

At this, the elephant started swinging around, as if it were drunk. Here, Mikey saw an opportunity. He aimed for a spot where the elephant would reach in 3 seconds, then he fired his gun. As he predicted, the shot perfectly aligned with the elephant's movement, and hit the creature right in its head. A single shot was all it took.

The elephant fell to the ground with a mighty rumble, and with it, the gang was out of any immediate danger.

The sniper team then ran up to Jesse, who had transformed back from a Nile Croc into a human. They then gently grabbed the elephant's head, pressed it up to theirs, and cried softly.

"Je suis désolé..." they apologized.

Mikey stood behind Jesse and tried to comfort them.

"You saved thousands of people," he said.
