Shido, Sera and Tohka walked into the city streets together, but none of them knew where they were going. Tohka was curiously looking around, taking in everything.

"You sure are enjoying yourself, Tohka," said Shido.

"Eeh?! I'm just... analysing! Yeah!" replied Tohka with a pouty face.

"I rarely get to come here too. A lot of things have changed," joined in Sera.

Tohka suddenly noticed a certain pastry on display of a store and glued her face to the window separating her and the delicious food. The name on the store said: "Sweet Bakery."

"Shido, what are these? What are they? What are they? What are they?!" said Tohka erratically.

"Shido, what are these? What are they? What are they? What are they?!" said Tohka erratically

"You've got another girl to take care of, haha," whispered Sera with a giggle.

"Wanna switch? My wallet would appreciate it...," sighed Shido.

He came up to Tohka.

"I'll buy one for you, how's that?" asked Shido.

"Buy?! What does buy mean? I want it!"

"That's... basically what buying means, except you give something in exchange..."

"Oh, okay! I'll wait here and keep guard over this mysterious delicacy!"

Shido sighed and went inside the store. Sera came up to Tohka.

"I don't think that's going anywhere, it's got no legs."

"Mech-people fly! What if it flies away?!"

"I see no wings or jetpacks on this pastry either."

Promptly, Shido came out of the store holding a small bag.

"Please come again!" came out of the bakery.

Shido came up to Tohka.

"Here you go."

She eyed the pastry and took a whiff of its wonderful smell, promptly looking like a puppy eager to eat its treat.

"I-It'd better not be poisoned."

"It's not. Now stop drooling and start eating," said Shido gently. Sera carefully observed their interaction.

Tohka promptly went in for a bite when Shido was still holding it.

"It's so good!!" yelled out Tohka after having a taste.

She immediately took it and sat on the nearest bench, hastily chewing.

"Is this a date?"

"It's a soy flour bread," said Shido nervously.

"You could consider that to be a part of a date, but it's not a date." added Sera.

Tohka licked her finger when she was finished to not waste anything.

"What? It's not a date? Why isn't something this amazing a date?!"
