Chapter 8: Pure Rage

A/N Hello!  know two updates in one day?! But, im doing this so I can focus on school more, bad grades = lectures, getting grounded, and other types of discipline. So yeah, my internet turns off at 9 too, so I have two hours to do this, I hope you enjoy this chapter!

I woke up in Nemi's arms, I couldnt help but smile, me and him were cuddling; I dont know how I got so lucky with him, even after what I did earlier, he stayed with me. "Nemi...!" I whispered, in response I got a light groan from him, I chuckled he was being stubborn as always, "NEMI!" I yelled, he jumped, I started to giggle at his actions "What the hell?!" He yelled, "Sorry! I just wanted you to get up heheh" I laughed. "The whole yelling part was unnecessary." He complained, "Jeez sorry Mr. Grump pants" I teased, "Tch." He responded before kissing my forehead "Whatever, lets just go change your bandages." He pointed at the bathroom, I nodded in response.

As we were in the bathroom Sanemi was being careful not to hurt me, "Sanemi?" I asked, "Yes?" He responded, "What if I have a missi-" I got cut off "CAW CAW!! MISSION FOR GIYU TOMIOKA AND SANEMI SHINAZUGAWA!!" Kanzaburou yelled, "HEAD TO NOGATA VILLAGE!!!! NOGATA VILLAGE!!! WEST! WEST!!" Kanzaburou screeched, "Speak of the devil." Sanemi said, "A demon spotting in Nogata village? I know where that is." I replied, my voice was shaky.

"IT WAS A DEMON I SWEAR!"

"Demons dont exist, how crule of you, especially for you to do this the mourn of her death."

"B-BUT IM NOT CRAZY! WHY WOULD I JOKE ABOUT THIS?!"

"I KNOW WHAT I SAW! PLEASE BELIEVE ME!"

I felt my blood boil, "-Iyu? Giyu? GIYU!" Nemi caught my attention, "O-oh, im sorry." I responded, "Whats up with you? You were zoned out pretty good." Sanemi asked, "Its not important Nems, sorry to worry you." I said as I got up, I placed a kiss on his lips, holding it for a few seconds before releasing mine from his. I turned on my heels, "Lets get ready for our mission.." I continued, he agreed as we walked back t his room, "Fuck!" I accidentally yelled, I quickly cover my mouth before I said anything else, "What?!" Sanemi asked, I sighed before turning to him with a disappointed face, "I forgot my uniform at my estate.." I replied, "Oh-" He started to laugh, "Lets go get it then?" He requested, I nodded fixing my yukata, and heading out.

We made it back to my estate, I walked in Sanemi following behind me.

I made it to my room, as I got undressed, I felt a pair of eyes on me "Look away!" I said flustered, "Ive literally seen you naked." Sanemi pointed out, I sighed in response, slipping on my uniform pants, and soon after my shirt, I threw my haori on and then put my nirichin blade by my waist.

As Sanemi and Giyu made their way to the village, Giyu couldnt help but have a bad feeling, Sanemi took notice of this but decided that he wouldnt ask, as time passed so did their surroundings, they trees went from dark and dull to, cherry-blossoms everywhere, it was nice, the sky was now a orange, but they were close, sooner or later, they made, it. Giyu hoped that no one would remember him after all, its been 8 years since the "incident" he hoped, and hoped.

"Its now night time, so everyone was either at rest, or awake, just hiding." Giyu thought, "I dont blame them." he said to himself.

"AHHHH!!!!" Someone screamed, the two looked at each other and darted towards the persons scream, as they heard more screams, they knew they were close, but where? Where was this demon? They kept going towards the people screaming no matter how horrid the screams got, they couldnt fin them, that was until Giyu laid eyes on a familiar demon.

"SISTER!"

"YOU BASTARTD!!" Giyu screamed, "YOU!" He continued, as Giyu darted towards the demon, at great speed, the demon still managed to land a hit on him, Giyu didnt care. He found the demon who killed her. He wanted it dead, he managed to cut off the demons arm, Sanemi cutting off it head, "What the hell?" Sanemi thought to himself. -Thump!- Giyu fell to the floor, he started to cough.

As Sanemi told his crow to get Shinobu, he was trying to get the poison out of Giyu's system, "RECOVERY BREATHING!" He yelled at Giyu, Giyu obeyed, he was slowing down the bleeding "Tsutako..." Giyu mumbled "That...bastard...k-killed yo- Ack!" Giyu coughed, he continued to use recovery breathing.

After what felt like a hour Shinobu and some Kukashi showed up, "Ara ara~ What do we have here Shinazugawa? Ne, tell me?" Shinobu requested, "He just started to yell at the damn demon, he got poisoned while doing so." Sanemi replied, his demeanor was oddly calm, "Oh my! I see, well I suppose I should help yes?" Shinobu asked, pulling out an antidote for the poison, "No shit." Sanemi rolled his eyes, as Shinobu inserted the needle in Giyus arm she decided to make sure the Kukashi were cleaning and dead bodys, or helping injured people, "He'll be okay, just make sure to keep an eye out for him, he stubborn and doesnt like to worry people, Im placing my trust in you Shinazugawa!" Shinobu said before putting the empty syringe away.

"Yeah yeah, I will, thanks..." Sanemi whispered the last part, "No problem!" Shinobu replied "FUCKKKK she heard that last part..-" Sanemi thought, "You're free to go love birds!~" Shinobu teased.

I woke up, back in the butterfly mansion wow was I really that helpless? I cant keep being here, I'll worry Sanemi...again. I got up only to be pushed right back down, a taller figure on top of me, the amazing scent of roses blessed my nose, it was Sanemi, "Sanemi..?" I asked, "Thank god! You're okay, shit thought you werent gonna wake up!" Sanemi hugged me tighter, before looking at me and kissing my forehead and then my lips, down to my neck, it was soft, full of love, I knew he was worried about me (No smut for you thirsty humans) I smiled at him, a soft, genuine smile, I kissed his cheek before falling into his embrace, I fell asleep not long after, I felt weak, vulnerable, but with Sanemi, those feelings went away, I dont know why, but whenever im with him every bad thought goes away, I wonder why...
