The next morning everyone got ready, ate and are now back in the room ready to watch the show. Miracle has a small smile on her face not knowing just how much this episode is going to kill her

It's currently nighttime at the hospital, one week after Miracle and Derek's wedding. Miracle and Melissa are both working that nigh "Okay, keep pressure on it. The doctor on her way" Melissa tells her patient as Miracle just got done with her patient "Does anyone know where Dr. Hilyard is?" Miracle shouts as she helps another patient. Melissa turns around to see Scott walking up to her with two containers of food for her and Miracle "Oh, thank god! I'm starving" she tells her son grabbing the food

"Love how you grab the food from him" Laura laughs a little "You look cute in your scrubs" Derek tells Miracle making her smile but a feeling her stomach makes her worry

Melissa sets the food down before turning back around "Oh, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Thank you for bringing us dinner" she says once seeing Scott face "Is everything okay?" Scott asked as Miracle and another nurse runs past the two with a patient who's losing a lot of blood "Except for half the accident victims in a ten-car pile-up being rerouted here from downtown, and the ER attending not answering any of his pages... Yeah, I'm okay" she sighs

"What does not answering pages mean?" he asked, "It means that nobody can find him, so now we have to wait for the on-call to get here" Miracle answers her brother walking up to them with a rag wiping off the blood from her hands "Lost another one" she told her mom throwing the rag away

Before Melissa could say anything, a female patient comes up to them "Miss?" she asked looking at Melissa and Miracle "Yes?" they answer "Excuse me, can I kind of please have something for the pain?" the woman asks making Melissa and Miracle sigh "I'm sorry but we can't give you anything as it could complicate things" Melissa tells her "Why don't you sit over here and when the doctor comes she could look over you and if she says it's fine, I will give you something for the pain" Miracle tells the woman leading her to the chairs

What the others didn't know is that with her hand on the back of the woman, Miracle starts taking her pain as she helps her sit down

Talia smiles over at Miracle proud that she is helping others with her wolf abelites

Once the woman is fine, Miracle makes her way over to a nurse "Okay, how much longer on Dr. Hilyard?" she asks "Ten minutes" the nurse tells her. Miracle sighs but nods, as she goes to walk away the doors are thrown open drawing her, Scott and Melissa attention. It's Ethan holding a pale Danny "Someone! Someone help me!" Ethan yells. Miracle, Melissa and a guy nurse run over

Some sit up in their seats worried about Danny

At the car crash Dr. Hilyard is on the phone with a nurse while stuck in traffic "It's Dr. Hilyard again. Can you let Miracle and Melissa know that it may be more than ten minutes? I think there's an accident up ahead" she says into her phone "Yeah, a ten-car pile-up, which is why we need you here!" a nurse exclaimed on the other side of the phone "I'm going as fast I can"

Back at the hospital, Miracle is setting Danny in a chair with the help Ethan "Okay, gentle! Gentle" she says once Danny is sitting down Scott pulled Ethan away as Miracle checks over him "What did you do to him?" Scott questioned "Nothing! He said he was having chest pains and trouble breathing, but it just jeep getting worse" he tells Scott "This is not good" Miracle said looking up to her mom "How much longer on Dr. Hilyard?" Melissa asks

"His larynx has shifted to the side. I think it's a tension pneumothorax" Miracle said just before Danny leans forward and throws up "Mistletoe" Miracle says.

"That is not good" Peter mutters rubbing his leg not liking how a human got in the middle of the supernatural without even knowing it

Miracle and Melissa put Danny on a gurney rushing him into an empty operating room "Can you two please go back to the waiting room?" Melissa asks Scott and Ethan who follows them into the room. Ethan ignores her and looks around "Where are the nurses and doctors? Where is everyone?" he asks, "It's a full house tonight, they're tending to other patients" Miracle tells him as she listens to Danny heartbeat "Okay, well, how can we help?" Scott asks nervously
