When we first met I was so unaware of how close we would end being
But you at first liked the beauty you were seeing
I didn't know of you at first, I had only heard your name a few times
They first conversation we had felt so natural, like we had known each other for a while
Both so awkward and interested in each others words
Your laugh and smile was so soft and warm
Your smile inviting me in so much farther
You were soft, comforting, and inviting,
I couldn't have asked for anything more than meeting you
