It's not that I don't want to talk to you
It's just that my tongue tumbles and trips when I'm around you
It's hard for me to process that I could even be sharing the same air as you
You feel so close yet so far from me
I want to show you how I feel
To feel everything I do for you
The care, the love, the envy, the hurt and healing
I to be yours, and for you to be mine
I wish for our lips to dancing and our tongues to be tied together instead of just mine tripping over itself for you
