"Alex, it's about time to come back." My mom says just as I answer the phone.

"Morning, how is your heart? Oh mine is great! Thanks for asking." I answer.

"That's good." My mom laughs on the other side. "Are you with Lulian?"

"Yes." I look at him lying next to me. He smiles at me. "Did he forgive you?" She sounds so hopeful.

"Yes, he did." That makes Lulian frown.

"I'm at home, your father is staying at a friend of his for a few days. Can you bring Lulian to me? I really want to meet him." I hold the phone away from my ear. "My mother wants to meet you."

"I'd love to meet her." He smiles.

"What a beautiful voice." My mom says on the other side of the line.

That makes me laugh. "Bye mom."

"Bye Alex. See you soon." I lower my phone.

"She wants us to go to my house now." He raises an eyebrow.

"She probably wants us to wear clothes too." He glances at my body. "I mean I like what I see but I don't think she'll be too happy if you show up like that." I

can't help but laugh as I hit him with a pillow.
He tries to dodge and get his own pillow. He takes a swing at me,completely missing me.

I swing at him, hitting his shoulder. "Oh no! I can't see!" He's fake dying. "Oh the cold. The cold!" He grabs me.

"Just remember that I love you." He whispers and close his eyes.

I lean down and kiss him. That gives him life. I break the kiss.

"Come on, Lulian, we have to get going." I put on Tash's clothes.

Lulian touches my butt as he gently nudges me aside.

We run to the train station. I won the race but I think he let me win.

On the train back home I remember what Lulian did to those guys from last night.

"Lulian, what did you do to those guys from last night?"

He takes my hand. "I trapped them in my domain." His what? "Your what?" I look at his face.

He looks out the window. "You know I'm not human."

"No shit." The train stops. People wander into our carriage.

"I'll explain later." He kisses the top of my head. Even with people staring he doesn't let go of my hand.

I see a group of girls whispering and pointing at us. On the way home a few neighbors sneer at us.

Mom is on the other side of the door when I open it.

"So mom, Lulian. Lulian, mom." I introduce them.

My mom hugs him wordlessly. For a moment he freezes before he hugs her back.

"Come in, come in." She invites him in. He lets me walk before him.

My mother leads us to the living room. "You've obviously been here before. Sit." She sits on the couch. Lulian sits on the couch opposite her.

I sit down next to Lulian. "So, Lulian. Am I saying that right?" She respectfully asks.

"Yes. Mrs.Hawkins." He smiles.

"Please call me Molly."

"I'm sorry Mrs.Hawkins but that goes against how I was raised." Lulian isn't smiling anymore.

"Oh? Were your parents strict?" "Yes, Mrs.Hawkins."

"Do they know?"

"Know what, Mrs.Hawkins."

My mom is silent for a moment. "That you're gay?"

"They are aware that I am bisexual, Mrs.Hawkins." My mother drinks her coffee. Her attention to me. "I want to talk to him alone, Alex. Would you mind going to your room."

I want to say no. I don't want to go. Lulian takes my hand and looks at me. A gentle smile on his lips. "It will be okay." He nudges me. "And I think you should change into something a little more respectable." He snickers.

I reluctantly leave. "How did you know he'd be resistant, Lulian?" I hear my mother ask.

"I just knew, Mrs.Hawkins." He answers.

My room is messy. I take off Tash's clothes and take a shower.

I wash the smudged eyeliner off my face.

Fresh clothes. They make me look straight again. I'll never be straight.

I'm not bisexual like Lulian. I'm gay. I can't choose between men and women. I like men. I love Lulian. Little gay me.

Comfortable in women's clothes. There's a knock at my door. It opens.

"Your hair looks great." Lulian smiles.

"My hair is a mess." I deadpan. He steps towards me and takes my hands.

"It's truly not." He looks sad.

"What's wrong?" He rests his head on my shoulder. "I am not on the best of terms with my family. My mom wouldn't be so protective of me. I envy you."

"But you love me too." I try to joke. He remains silent.

"Right?" Why am I panicking?

"Yes." He kisses my neck. A shiver runs down my spine. Why? "I love you."

He hugs me. "I love you more than I have ever loved anyone else." His grip on me tightens. "I can't bear the thought of losing you. I'm not going to let Sabina or anyone else bring you harm. I promise."

"I'd like to breathe..." I laugh.

He completely lets go of me. "I'm so sorry." He looks so concerned and worried, I can't help but kiss him.

I throw my arms around his neck and pull him down to me. His arms wrap around my waist.

"I know you've done it before but please don't do it while I'm in this house." We jump apart at the sound of my mother's voice.

"Sorry." Lulian and I mumble at the same time.

"Now, has he met your friends?"

"Briefly." We admit. "Well, fully introduce them then."

She shoos us out of the house.

"I think she just wants us far away from a bed." I flash Lulian a suggestive smile.

"My mother was exactly the same when I was your age." He smiles. "Always saying 'Luli, you're not taking her to your room. No, Lulian, she can't see your room.' She made a no girls in my room rule. I can't say I followed it exactly." He laughs.

I don't. It's clear to me that he's a whore. I hope he left those ways behind.

"Have you ever been in a serious relationship?" I whisper.

"Only one." He answers with a smile. "With you."

This is a serious relationship for him. "I've never slept with anyone more than once." He takes my hand in his.
