Chapter 4

{Jess' POV}

I heard the door open and I quickly shut the lid of my computer. "What are you doing?" Amy said in a mum voice. "Well, I didn't want to tell you but, well, you know how I never get a boyfriend, well." I said in a nervous voice, "And!" Amy replied, "Well I pretend that John and I are now going out and to make it look real I Photoshopped photos of us together." I said really quickly. "Oh my GOD Jess, what am I going to do with you?" Amy said in a calm but angry voice. Being twins and all, I could tell that she was angry but scared on how I was going to pull it off and hoping that I don't stuff it up.

She's right, though. I don't know how I'm going to pull it off either. I need to polish off any loose ends in my unbelievable story of how John and I "got together" and Photoshop some more photos before i become confident enough to even text Tilly the "good news". I just hope I don't stuff this up, otherwise I'd be embarrassed beyond words!
