Cat was really shocked by the story, and she continued on. "So yeah he killed me with a sword, but what he didn't know was that I was the princess of the whole town and I can come back from the dead. So yeah he killed and jumped out of my room and my mom and dad thought I was dead cause I wasn't waking up they knew I can come back but not when, so they held a funeral for me and no one attended. Except for them, themselves. So everyone was praising this guy while I was dead....... But one day I woke up out of my slumber and went undercover and disguise myself as a normal citizen so no one would recognize me. I went after this guy I killed him and then I went back into hiding and I'm still hiding to this day. But not really cause no one recognized me cause I've been "dead" to them for so many years, but except your mother I guess she recognized me right away and your dad", Marinette finished off with a fake smile.

Cat was shocked and hurt a little, he believed her but it sounded crazy cause now there is no such thing as magic and there is no royalty in their town. "And oh to answer your question ummm since I used magic to hunt the last guy everyone was calling me a wich yeah so that's how I got that nickname", she added.

Cat was even more shocked he was speechless and couldn't say anything marinette could tell he was stunned by his expression, it looked like he had seen a ghost just now. Marinette smiled but then frowned, "I'm sorry cat but-", before she finished her sentence cat grabbed her and hugged her tightly.

"I'm sorry you went through all of that by yourself", he said while hugging her even more tighter.

Marinette started to cry and held her even tighter to make her feel safe. She cried harder and harder and cat just let her cry and he comforted her the best way he could.

"Shh hey it's ok it's gonna be ok I promise", he said trying to calm her down. She just cried and cried even harder.

She eventually fell asleep crying after a while, and cat looked at her in his arms and smiled to himself.

He picked her up and carried her to his hotel and layed her on the bed and watched her sleep for a minute or so then he sneaked on the side of her and layed next to her, he eventually fell asleep.
