A darkness void is all I ever see for I am blind. It's not just that things are blurry, I cannot see anything. Only on hot sunny days, I presume I get a glimpse of the color yellow. The believe of it being the color yellow is thanks to the fact I heard that the sun is yellow. I don't have the slightest clue what the other colors look like nor can I imagine them.
The truth is though it doesn't bother me too much now since this has been my entire life. At first it was scary and that fear of the unknown hasn't completely gone away. Over the years I've grown accustomed to my other senses, but the one I value most is my hearing.
This may seem odd since people usually would say touch in my position, however sound always makes me feel less alone. I have a philosophy that everything on this planet does indeed have sound which may seem a bit crazy, but for me it's true. Hearing all the bugs chirp always makes me feel less small. The whistle of the wind that can always call me down for anything is better than a dark void of silence.
