Wondering what the future holds.

Daisy was looking away at a scrapbook that her mom made for Maverick. A smile never left the woman's face.

Meanwhile Her father, Maverick and Bradley was working on a plane together... the three of them. Maverick and Her father reconnected which made Daisy really happy.

"Daisy." She heard a voice. She looked up to her father calling her name, she smiled. "Yes." Daisy said as she closed the scrap book and set it down. "Can you show us what we done wrong?" Her father asked her kindly.

"Oh Wolfman and Maverick, you actually messed something up, I thought you two went to top gun?" Daisy questioned as she made her way over to see what happen. "Pilots can make mistakes." Maverick said to her. "If your ancient." Daisy said as Bradley snickered. "We are not ancient." Her father said sounding offended.

"Dad, just admit it." Daisy said. "Alright now, what's the problem?" Her father said sternly as she chuckled. "It's the wires, you just need to switch them... now excuse me, I have a date, love you all." Daisy said as she walked to get her stuff, but she came to a halt to the photo wall.

She smiled a bit when she saw the photo of her mother and father. "Whatca looking at?" Her father asked. "Oh just mom, oh how I wished she lived." Daisy said. "Yeah, see how incredible her daughter is, Daisy I am so proud of you, I want you to know that." He said as he pulled her into a hug.

"That Garcia boy, has he been good to you?" Her father asked. She smiled and nodded which made him smile. "That's good to hear, hope you have a good time." Her Father said. "I will." Daisy said with a smile.

As she was walking out, "Mickey and I will see you at Hard Deck Bradshaw!" Daisy exclaimed. "See you then!" He exclaimed back.

........

Mickey and Daisy was on their way to the Hard Deck after seeing a movie together. He looked over to see her looking out the window. "You alright Daisy love?" Mickey asked which snapped her out of the daze that she was in.

"Yeah.... things are just on my mind." Daisy replied as she looked over at him. He hummed. "We can talk about it later, I am just excited to see everyone." Daisy assured him with a smile. He smile back. "Of course." He replied.

..........

Daisy and Mickey walked into the Hard Deck. "Garcia and Wolfe!" They heard Bradley called out to them. "Hey!" Mickey exclaimed back at him. The couple walked towards everyone, Natasha pulls Daisy into a hug.

"You missed me that bad?" Daisy asked and Natasha playfully rolls her eyes at the woman. "It's been hectic... I will say that but yeah." Natasha said and Daisy smiled at her. She looked over at Mickey who was chatting away.

"You two are so made for each other... it's not even funny." Natasha said and Daisy looked over at her. "Sometimes.. it makes me wonder if my mother sent him to me... a source of happiness... for the first time in my life, I have someone who makes me happy." Daisy said and Natasha smiled.

"You are very deserving." Natasha said and Daisy smile grew.

"HEY WOLFE!" She looked over at Jake. "You called Bagman?" Daisy said as he and Natasha walked over. "How about a match?" Jake questioned and Daisy rose a brow at him. "You really want everyone see me kick your ass at this? Your on!" Daisy exclaimed as she grabbed a cue.

.............

"... And... still got it." Daisy said with a grin as she won against Jake. "One of these days..." Jake said. Daisy chuckled. "It's going to take a lot of practice, because this is about the fifth time? Don't worry, one day." Daisy said as she handed the cue to Bob and stepped outside of the Hard Deck.

"I don't know if you guys heard, but Daisy got promoted after that mission." Mickey said and everyone was shocked. "Wait.. wait... she's?" Javy asked. "Captain Daisy "Sparrow" Wolfe... Yep.... she's aiming high... she's working on becoming an admiral but one step at a time, she's got this." Mickey said. "As she should, she one of the best, I would say greater... she's going to make it." Natasha said.

"Daisy has always aimed high... since we were kids... I'm cheering her on." Bradley said. "We all are." Jake said.

.........................

Daisy stood in the sand, looking at the night sky. "Oh momma, how I wish you were here." Daisy said as she stared. "You alright?" She looked over her shoulder and saw her boyfriend walking towards her. "Yeah... just thinking about things." Daisy said as she looked back up at the sky. Mickey looked up as well. "It's beautiful tonight." Mickey said. "Yeah, the stars are out so brightly tonight." Daisy said as she looked around. "You are always going to be brightest one to me." Mickey said then Daisy looked over and smile at him.

"I am thinking about things.... like what life would've been like..." Daisy said but Mickey Finished. "If your mother had lived?" "Yeah... I know I sound like a broken record on that." Daisy said. "No no... I wished I gotten to meet her as well, she would be proud of you, you know that." Mickey said. Daisy smiled. "Captain." Mickey said and Daisy shook her head with a smile. "Everyone knows?" Daisy asked. "Yep, their not shock either, you earned that."  Mickey said.

"You know what else, I was thinking about?" Daisy asked. "What?" Mickey asked. "Our future together." Daisy said and he looked into her eyes. "and I am really looking forward to it with you." Daisy said as she smile at him and He smiled back at her.

"So am I." He said. He pressed his lips to her, she smiled and he pulled away.

"I love you." He said. "I love you too." She replied. He kissed the top of her head and then the both of them continue to look at the stars in the sky as they shine brightly.
