Olivia Maggie Keats, age eighty was found by her neighbour Donna Jackson in her Latin style penthouse. She lived alone.
Cause of death was with a collectors 1982 handgun, that was in her late husband name and illegally obtained with an expired license.Ms. Keats was found with an empty bottle Jack Daniels rum, a container of sleeping pills; which many were missing from, self inflicted cuts on her arms and a suicide note titled, "Dear Emily."
Upon further investigation, she was found with over fifty poems which were stolen from poet, Sylvia Plath and claimed under her own name.
Ms.Keats was set to appear in court for fraud on the first of May.After an autopsy, cause of death was confirmed as a suicide with no struggle.
