I honestly don't know if I'd be able to face Luciano again, or if I'd have the courage to do what I did just minutes ago. I have no idea what came over me, what made me act that way.
Maybe I was intrigued by his fetish, wanting to tempt him, to see what he could really do. Or perhaps it was a hidden fantasy, one I never knew I had until now.
Questions swirled in my head, and I knew I wouldn't find answers to all of them. But one thing was certain: whatever game this is with Luciano Dela-lucchese, I'll be careful with my heart and my emotions.
I couldn't find my way back to my room, ending up outside in the garden.
The scents of flowers filled my nostrils, and I inhaled them deeply, loving the fragrance. The cool night wind wrapped around me, and I hugged myself for warmth.
The night lights made the garden even more beautiful than it was during the day, and the lush grass felt soft beneath my slippers. I wondered if Ava or Dylan knew where I was.
'Dang,' I cursed, realizing my oversight. I had to ask Luciano if they knew I was with him. I didn't want them to worry about me when I was perfectly fine.
"Miss?" A feminine voice disrupted my thoughts
. I turned to see another woman, dressed similarly to the one who had taken me to Luciano's office.
"Sir Luciano has asked me to show you to your room and serve you dinner," she informed me. I nodded and followed her.
We arrived in a different room than the one I woke up in.
A queen-sized bed dominated one corner, the lilac comforter matching the wall designs. The sheets were the same color as the wardrobe and the tiles.
The room was elegant and inviting, with a tall, floor-length window draped with sheer curtains that offered a beautiful view of the night sky.
I noticed the two doors. One led to what I presumed was the bathroom, and the other, likely the closet.
"This is where you'll be staying, ma'am. Sir Luciano also asked me to tell you to spend the rest of the day tomorrow getting famIiar. He won't be available throughout the day."
She informed me. I smiled and thanked her though I was curious about what he had planned for himself tomorrow.
I had taken my bath already, so I changed out of the dress and slipped into bed wearing a large shirt from the wardrobe, which I knew belonged to him due to its unmistakable, intoxicating scent.
Since I'd be staying longer than expected, I thought it was only reasonable that he'd let me visit my apartment to collect my belongings.
My dinner arrived soon after, and my stomach grumbled at the delicious aroma.
