My method

To start shifting is moving you're subconscious from one reality to another. There are infinite realities.

The method I use is a mix of the raven method and Julia I am method.

How?:
I first start by meditation for 10-15 minutes. After I get in a comfortable position on my bed (to sleep) I do sleep methods. After getting comfortable I start counting from 1-100 in my head while saying I am affirmations.

(Ie. I am shifting)

After I'm done with both those steps I set my intention. Thinking about which DR I want to shift to and having the intention to go there.

     Now you won't always get it on you're first try maybe not even you're 10th but keep trying!
     Everyone's shifting journey is different. It takes time.

        There also is a possibility of going to a reality you weren't trying to go to if you're subconscious is focused on something else. Don't be scared, if you have a safe word say it or have the intention to come back.
