      Shifting methods are an exercise we use to get to our DRs.
        Methods can be simple meditation and intention, or even more.
      These shifting methods are definitely not needed to shift. I have shifted without a method quite a few times!
        Simple methods such as the raven method are suggested to new shifters, but you can do whatever feels comfortable.
           Some misconceptions is that you have to drink a bunch of water, you do not. That you have to stay still, untrue just get comfortable my loves.
          You could even create you're own method, to fit you're journey and what works with you!
   Sometimes one may give you symptoms and others may not work at all. It's about what works best for you.
          What I did was try out methods and saw what worked for me.
