The presents Jughead and Tabitha give to each other for Christmas.

Jug's POV

Jughead crept surreptitiously towards the apartment bedroom, clutching a small box to his chest. He could hear his girlfriend singing in the shower from down the hall, the sound of her angelic voice mingling with the feint splashing of water. God, he loved it when she sung, although he couldn't stand Mariah Carey's Christmas music.

The box was covered in a layer of navy velvet, adorned with shining silver clasps. As he crept into the room, Jughead lifted the lid to admire the intricate gift. It was a bracelet, with five small charms evenly spaced around the rim. Each was designed to represent the biggest milestones so far in their relationship. The first was a tiny milkshake, symbolising Pop's and the important connection it brought them; as well as the unusual circumstances in which they met. Beside it sat a wolf, reflecting the song to which they shared their first kiss. There was also a golden rose, much like the one Jughead gave his girlfriend on the happy day they finally came together as a couple. A small ship spun on the chain, a relic from the time they first expressed their love for each other. Finally, there was an infinity symbol; for Jughead knew they would be together until the end of time.

He stared down at the box with a grin. He'd had do work for hours to make up the money to buy it, but boy, was he looking forward to seeing the look on Tabitha's face. She was the love of his life, and nothing could stop him from making her happy. Sliding into his room, Jughead shoved the box into his underwear drawer; he'd have to steal some colourful paper to wrap it later.

Tab's POV

Tabitha stared down at the metal object before her. After her fight with Jughead in which she had destroyed his typewriter, she had gotten it into her head to find him a new one. And now, mere weeks before Christmas, she couldn't help but think the timing of its arrival couldn't be more perfect.

However, this was no ordinary typewriter. On the side, she had decided to get an engraving; "J & T- ∞".

She sighed looking down at the gift. As perfect as it was, Tabitha had no idea how to wrap it. In a moment of laziness, she decided to stow the machine in the compartment under the sink.

Nobody will ever find it there, she thought to herself, and I'm going to need to wait until Jug's gone to deal with this.
