Grace's Adventure In The Nightmare Before Christmas

Chapter 3

They appeared in a different forest, making Jack confused then Grace woke up and saw the place where she was before went to Halloween Town

"Where are we?" Jack asked "it's someplace new"

When they came the circle trees, Jack put Grace down and Jack said "what is this?"

Grace sees Jack looking at the holidays on the trees, then he saw the Christmas one and he got curious

"I know where this is going" Grace said to herself

"What was that, dear?" Jack asked

"Um, nothing" Grace said

"Let's look at this" Jack said as he opened the Christmas door, he looked down and he sees nothing. As he was about to leave, the wind from the door pulled him and Grace in and the door shut itself

They were falling and falling until they landed in snow

Grace immediately jumped out of the snow and while shouting "AHH! It's cold, IT'S COLD"

Jack saw the town, he was amazed, then he got a hand full of snow and decided to eat it. When he was leaning forward to see the own, he accidentally slide down to the town

"JACK" Grace shouted as she went after him and he went through the snow "Jack, are you okay?"

Jack got up, started singing when he looked everywhere as Grace tries to catch him up

Jack hit the pole, fell to the ground and saw the sign and read out loud "Christmas Town?!"

He started to think as Grace finally caught up with him, but she was covered in snow

"Grace! What happened to you" Jack asked as he helped Grace to get snow off of her

"I don't want to talk about it" Grace said

Then they heard a horn, they turned around, saw the door opened from a work shop and saw a shadow figure and heard a guy saying "ho-ho-ho-ho"

A while later, they were back in Halloween Town with a bag of Christmas stuff and everyone was happy to see him

"Where have you been?" Mayor asked

"Call a town meeting" Jack requested "and I'll tell everyone all about it"

"When?" Mayor asked

"Immediately" Jack said

Then the bell started to ring and Mayor called "town meeting" to everybody

A while later, they were at the auditorium

Grace was at the audience when Jack went on stage to make his announcement

"Listen everyone" Jack said "I want to tell you about Christmas Town"

Then he began explaining everyone about Christmas Town

"And they call him, Sandy... Clawssss...!" Jack said and everyone cheered

"Um doesn't he mean, Santa Claus?" Grace said when the curtain was closed

At night at Jack's house, Grace went to see what's Jack's up to, she quietly took a peek in Jack's room and she sees him looking through Christmas books

"There's got to be a logical way to explain this Christmas thing" Jack thought and then he grabbed a book of "The Scientific Method"

Grace sighed and went back to her room

The next day, Jack and Grace went to Dr. Finklestein's place, he ran the doorbell and Dr. Finklestein said "the door's open"

They come in and Jack said "hello?"

"Jack Skellington, up here, my boy" Dr. Finklestein said

"Doctor, I need to borrow some equipment" Jack said when he took Grace's hand and they went upstairs

"Is that so" Dr. Finklestein said "whatever for?"

"I'm conducing a series of experiments" Jack said

"How perfectly marvelous" Dr. Finklestein said "curiosity killed the cat, you know"

"I know" Jack said

"Okay, I'm gonna pretend that I didn't hear that" Grace said to herself

"What's this! A child?" Dr. Finklestein said when he saw Grace, making her go behind Jack's legs

"Yes, this is Grace and she's going to help me with this experiment, right Grace?" Jack said

"Um, yeah" Grace said

"Great now come on into the lab and we'll get you all fix up" Dr. Finklestein said when they went to his lab
