I lose my composure and sink to my bed.
Ivan was supposed to be in love with me.
And yes. I broke his heart.
That doesn't mean he gets to fucking kill my family.
Not at his grown ass age is he doing this shit to me.

"Yes Elliot I do need to come back to Russia. Clearly my ex husband needs some straightening out." I say cooly.
"I can get you into Russia and onto his house grounds, un detected. That's it." Elliot says.
I take his hands in mine.
"That is more than enough. Thank you" I smile. He nods at me.
"I will collect you in an hour. We need to move quickly. Pack as much as possible" he says before turning to leave.
I rake my hands through my hair.
"And Elle?" Elliot says at the door, I turn to look at him.
"Whatever demons he is plagued with Ivan is still a man. And you? Are a beautiful woman. Perhaps use that" he says before shutting the door.
I glance towards my closet and smile.
I guess today is a good day to have a shopping addiction.
50 minutes later I have a suitcase packed just in case and I have all my must stunning, revealing and terrifying gowns all wrapped up.
I walk downstairs quietly.
"Where are you going?" Phoenix asks.
I freeze looking at him.
"Dime hermana. No me dejes en la oscuridad otra vez"
(Tell me sister. dont leave me in the dark again)
I look at him for a moment.
"Estoy visitando a mi esposo. sí, sé que es peligroso, no, no puedes detenerme. Debo irme a Rusia para salvarnos. Estamos cerca de ser aniquilados Phoenix. Tienes una esposa que te quiere vivo. Déjame hacerlo posible" I say calmly.

Phoenix looks at me silently for a moment before pulling me into a tight hug.

I kiss his cheek before meeting Elliot outside.
I sleep almost the whole way there.
Until Elliot shakes me awake.
"Elle, we're about 5 minutes away from Ivan's home. I suggest if your making an outfit change do it now" he says.
I nod and pull my selected dress on.
I was always dramatic.
